In town visiting and wanted breakfast at 2am, pretty decent food, won't get the steak next time though. Customer service was excellent I had a young lady name LaiLai great personality and very helpful. If you ever visit ask for her. I'm ONLY GIVING 5STARS BECAUSE OF HER.
We were in town visiting from Milwaukee, WI for a graduation and stopped here for home some cooking. Mr Leroy and his staff, Cedric and Lele provided top-notch southern hospitality at its best and made us feel right at home. Mr. Leroy (32+ year employee) was on the grill and cooked the best over hard eggs that I've ever tasted. The food was superb and perfectly cooked. If you're in the area looking for good breakfast this spot you don't want to miss. I strongly recommend this Waffle House! Great job Mr. Leroy and staff! Keep up the good work!
I like Waffle House because it's the same as I remember it when I went as a child with my parents.I like how it's small enough that you can see the entire layout through the glass front and sides.You're always greeted when you walk in and find a seat.I like to sit at the bar because it has high back cushioned and rotating bar stools with foot boards.The booths are nice as well.The two-sided, laminated, full-color with picture menu is convenient.The service is fast, courteous and professional.You get to see the whole operation. They wash the dishes under the bar and you can see the girl cooks and white staff prepare your food.There's a jukebox you can access through your cell phone.You're given your check soon after you're served or it doesn't take long if you ask to get it.This location was pretty clean during this visit.
I ordered the Philly cheese steak and hashbrowns. Food and service was superb
First of all the entire team before Roy entered the building was absolutely amazing great people, right away took my order and served me, but next time a team a manager threatens to throw hot eggs on me for no apparent reason, I was respectful to the gentleman talking to him in a Manner justified, no disrespect of any sort, by stating that talking to his team but calling them hard headed nuckle heads etc and what not shows me what an incompetent person he is, he’s a team leader and is to represent that at all times, no matter the situation occurring in the building, I felt my life threaten by a man welding a hot pan of sunny side eggs, stating if I didn’t leave the building he would of throw the eggs on me for no apparent reason I talked to the man calm and collected, even offered to shake hands like the men we where and settle our differences. But I demanded he spoke a better tone to his colleagues, and his Main supervisor backing him up when clearly he was in the wrong, I request you guys role back the clips of the team leader coming up to the counter with the sunny side eggs threaten to throw them at me when I was speaking facts about how he talked to his employees. And every body there can vouch for what happened a few minutes. Waffle House friendly yeah i don’t know about that
The manager there told us he had been working for Waddle house for over 30 years. He was nice and polite. He served us, he talked a little and we left. The food was fresh of course. I would go back.
I used to go there all the time before they changed staff, won’t be going back. The new manager thinks he is above everybody just because he has that title.. He was so disrespectful to customers, and kept on bragging that he can do that, and whatever he wants because he is the manager. One tip for you Roy (the manager’s name), be humble, your CEO is more humble than you. Without your customers, you wouldn’t even have that job. Be humble, nobody cares if you’re the manager, just be courteous.
The food was horrible!!! My pecan waffle was cooked very hard and my hash brown bowl were overcooked with very little eggs. This is the 2nd time that I’ve come to this Waffle House and the food was not good. I’m not sure if they are under new management but if so that would explain why but if not they need to hire new cooks. I hope the food gets better but I will not be returning.
Ya'll need to lie better I had to order everything to go at 330 in the morning because it is the weekend and They don't have the security should they allow one all would be alloweded...............ITS FRICKIN WENSDAY TODAY GET YOUR LIES STRAGHT sucha major disappointment the food sucked too scrambled eggs ya whatever the white was so plainly seen just two eggs with yellows thrown randomly about. Grits undercooked and other plate two eggs yellow firm not runny did I get that either nooooo runny yellows such a disappointment with these two crew members. Have been before and had much better all around service
The staff was very accommodating on a late night for MGA contestants.
