Every time I order a salad, it's wrong. Ignoring order notes? A top tier service they offer. If I choose diced jalapenos, I expect diced jalapenos, not whole jalapeno slices. When I order extra ham, I expect a side of ham to be inside the bag. One day somebody does the job wrong and the next day somebody else is a pen drop away from doing the job right. Is it ever completely right? No. & What am I going to do with 3 cracker packets for a large salad?
We waited a few minutes for someone to seat us. Three employees saw us, but didn’t bother. A nice young lady came to help us. The server was extremely busy. He took our order and got our drinks. My daughter and I each ordered a sandwich. It literally took over an hour to get our food. I will say the food was very good, but I would not eat there again.
I came into Restaurant and the three ladies were busy but the one with the Red Hair Coughed in Her Hand while on the Phone in the Middle. I told one of the other ladies to ask her to go and Sanitize her hand the red headed one Said she doesn’t remember Coughing in her hands. That’s Really Nasty with Covid around we can’t take any Chances not understanding Why she Wouldn’t go Wash her hands and still serving customers that’s Nasty I come here at least once or more in A Month my name is Lloyd thanks I can’t deal with this please have them to wash there hands when they touch there face or even cough in there hands I know you have Cameras so run it back you will see what I seen I ordered my food @ 5:41 pm so this happen for that run the camera back ove the middle register .
Horrible, horrible service. Just moved from KC. Would not let me order at the bar and sit down. Told me I had to take to go and then they followed by seating several people coming in after me. This is my very first Google review ever. Stay away from this place. FYI, their famous dressing is nothing special
I ordered some pizza, wings, and a salad online for delivery on a whim sometime last year. When I got my food, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the wing sauce, and the portions of the salad. The pizza was simple, but arrived tasting fresh. I ordered several times after that, and got a similar experience each time. I would recommend.
Joined my husband and a friend at this US Pizza Location last week for drinks and appetizer. Jackie was our waitress. She was so nice and helpful. When she took a break, Jeri took over until she got back and was also very nice and helpful! We felt well taken care of. We visit often, sometimes with as many of 15+ of us. We love the patio option when that happens!!
Our waiter was overworked and so polite. The salad and pizza was great. The waiter earned his $10 tip.
Their online portal allows me to save my salad, which is fantastic bc it's very detailed ?. Their homemade ranch is literally CRACK, and I'm so glad I can order a tub of it ?. The Judy's favorite pizza is spectacular. It was super crispy, exactly how I like it. They are always fast, too!
Best salad ever... You should try they're loaded salad. Delicious...
First time at the Rodney parham location . Myself and my daughter ate in . We had a very nice attentive waitress who kept checking on us filled our refills etc. I had my all time favorite the Gracie pizza and it was hot and delicious. The chips and salsa were good . My daughter had a salad and sandwich. Enough to take as leftovers. Definitely had a positive experience.
