I have been a fan of U.S. Pizza for decades. That said, it was my first visit to this location. The food and service were excellent. I love their supreme salad. The small portion is huge (I brought half of it home) and their house dressing never disappoints. My family who accompanied me for lunch had the half salad, half sandwich (they chose a ruben) and raved about the food, as well!!!
One of our favorite US Pizza locations! We have always had such wonderful experiences with the servers there. We love the brunch menu, mimosas and breakfast pizzas. The patio has a great view of Chenal Parkway and the Promenade.Absolutely the best!!
Visited this location tonight for the first time. The place was very busy but it did not diminish the service we received. The waitress who assisted us (Nicole) was friendly, efficient and saw to it that we were well taken care of, the pizzas that we ordered were perfect and the restaurant itself was clean and inviting. We will definitely be returning!
Our server, Emily, was absolutely fantastic and the food was great! However, Paula, the owner, was incredibly disrespectful. My friends and I are in our 20s and was talking to us as if we couldn’t afford to even eat there and greeted us with “is there a problem here?”. We kindly requested that one specific shade was up since we requested the patio and wanted to sit in the sun. There was one table that asked for it to be down when they sat down but their backs were turned against the sun. She continued to check on other tables but refused to speak to us regardless of our wishes. I loved our server but I will not be coming back.
The food was great, & our server Emily was very sweet! We sat on the patio, and they kept closing the screens even thought we kindly asked if we could keep a specific one up. The owner, Paula, was very rude when trying to address the issue. She came to our table and rudely asked, “Is there a problem here?” We then continued to ask her how much we needed to tip to keep that one screen open. She then condescendingly replied, “You could not pay me enough to raise it back up.” Paula continued to check and attend to every other table but ours. I am a waitress and have never experienced such rude customer service! Again, Emily was wonderful but will not be back.
Long-time local pizza joint still had the draw with simple salads, think crust pizza, and Sunday brunch deals. Great new location off Chenal in west Little Rock makes this a must-visit. Try the cheese dip and chips for a nice surprise.
Waited over 1 hour after I was told it would have been been. After over 45 mins waiting in line. My daughter pizza was not done. I waited another 30 minutes. I finally got the pizza. It’s was cold. To the fact that the cheese was hardened. i attempted several times to talk to the manager and I was told they were way too busy to talk to me. The drive-through was cussing and laughing like he was all funny.
First time eating here and it's not the best pizza but it's decent. Doesn't have much flavor, it was kind of bland, it even looks bland. I might give it another try and update myreview.
Absolutely packed on a Sunday afternoon yet my boneless wings were undercooked and cold in the middle. Orange juice that came with mimosa bucket had a funny metal taste and was warm. Pizza was bland, no seasoning. Def not what you expect from US Pizza. The staff was friendly so that 3 stars
Since moving out of state, this is one of our 'musts' when we return. I love their pizza, but the salad supreme is my absolute favorite. Piled high with toppings - definitely a meal by itself.
