This is the worst Tropical Smoothie I’ve ever been to. It’s the closest to my house so I’ve given them multiple chances. ALL of the smoothies taste like water. They never taste like anything it’s so weird because no other Tropical is like this. I always have to ask them to remake my smoothie. At this point I want to talk to a regional manager or something cause it literally doesn’t make sense.
We had dinner and was pleasantly surprised. I had never eaten at a Tropical Smoothie Cafe before. Food was good and the smoothies were better. The service was also good.

The food was good, but they don't give you enough for what you pay. I ordered a wrap and it might have been the size of a small breakfast burrito. I also ordered a smoothie, and the cup was 85% full. Very disappointing, Tropical Smoothie wasn't always like this. For this last statement, this was my experience going through the drive through. When you get to the window to pay, they hit you up for a tip before you receive you food. What exactly am I tipping for in the drive through? Who gets that tip? Does the person that made my 85% full smoothie get it? Or does the person that made my tiny wrap get it? Or does the person that handed me my food get it. I won't be going back to this place.

They always have the best customer service and have a very nice and friendly staff. I always get my order the way as expected after placing my order. I am hooked on this place hook, line, and sinker. Overall, very good and quick hunger fix.
I'm addicted!! The service is not always friendly but not rude. The food is good, the smoothies are great. Just double check for any sides that you order, they don't always make it into the bag.
It was my first time being to a tropical smoothie. But I really liked the food and the smoothie I ordered, and was really amused by the edible straw.
I have purchased Tropical Smoothie for years and always ordered the same thing. Today I sent a coworker to get me a Chipotle Chicken in a wrap instead of a flatbread. They refused to make it. I told him bring me back my cash and we'll choose to eat somewhere different. At an average of 2 times per week every week and 10 of us employees, it wasn't a smart decision but we'll wait on the one in Bryant to reopen and go there. Surely, they can figure out how to ring it up the same and put the ingredients in a tortilla instead of a flatbread.
