Worst tropical smoothie I have been to. I ordered peanut paradise at the drive thru and got paradise point instead. I pointed it out to the person that this is not the correct smoothie. They re did it and the peanut paradise was awful. They forgot to put whey protein and it had chunks of banana in it. Waited half an hour for gross smoothie and wasted $8 dollars. Don’t think I will ever be coming back.
I used to visit this location often and the service was fast and efficient - now it’s unorganized and hectic. It took 30 minutes for 5 cars and 2 guest inside. Because the employees are literally on their phones, laughing, and playing. I know this can’t be up to Tropical Smoothies standards because from the drive through you can see their computer screen and five orders are blinking red. I’m in the customer service industry so my patience is a lot higher than most when it comes to things like this. And to top it off my smoothly looks like someone chewed it up instead of blending it and the cup was not full
The drinks and food are always delicious. The service is just slow from the amount of customers they get. Well that's a good thing for them ??♂️?
Best tropical smoothie by far!! The staff are all so friendly and the smoothies are fantastic and well blended. If I could I would live on there food. SO SO good. The manager Carrie is so friendly and always has a great attitude. I absolutely love this location. They are an great example of how a business should be run.
The people in there at this time need retraining on how to make smoothies. I basically got a ice smoothie. It was not blended well at all. So much for paying all that money because even when I called 3 times no one answered the phone.
Whoever was in charge in a blue shirt was constantly yelling at employees and being rude right in front of customers. I felt bad for the employees that were just doing their job and helping out. This manager needs serious training.
Worst service and attitudes. I keep saying I’m not coming here anymore but then I try again. Only to be disappointed again. I’m done, ownership/leadership are nonexistent here. I’d give 0 stars if that was an option.
The customer service sucks, there's a lady named Carrie who's there around 12:30 in the drive threw who doesn't give u all of your food and ask is there anything else u need, she also has an attitude problem, Tropical Smoothie, y'all can do better!
The employee added a tip to my bill without asking because I declined a receipt. They told me a completely different total that the charge that is on my card. This is incredibly rude and sketchy.
I love coming here because it feels like I'm getting a meal within a drink.. It makes me feel like I just had something healthy for breakfast if I order early in the mornings.
