It's been a pleasure to support this black-owned business.The local folks have obviously embraced the owner, Marcus, in his driven commitment to employing and empowering youth within their community.You will ALWAYS see him, every morning, as early as 7am, hustling alongside his employees to satisfy his customers.It's a very positive environment.The Southwest Wrap is easily the best breakfast item you can get in under 5 minutes, anywhere. Their happy hour runs from 7am to 9am.Getting a filling, delicious avocolada with an energizer (fancy for about 150 to 200mg of caffeine) with a hearty wrap, for under $11, really rounds out a morning.
This location is awesome!!! I will drive from Maumelle all the way here for my morning breakfast because the black guy with the dreads has the BEST customer service. He is so vocal (and calls you by your name) , upbeat, and does a great job of getting everyone taken care of. He started my Friday off right today by going completely out his way. AND the smoothies are actually good, not watered down!!! Best service I’ve gotten at a fast food spot. Thank you!!!
First time visiting so didn't know it was in a shopping center. I called and the nice girl met me at the door since I had my baby in the car. Appreciated the customer service and my order was ready when they said. Would visit again.
They left out my chips and told me it was my fault. You better have time to sit around and watch them package your order because there is 0% chance they will take ownership and refund you. It’s really not worth it to go here if the service is going to be terrible.
Marcus is awesome!!!!!!!!! He never forgets to ask if I need a cup holder, and extra napkins. I'm pretty sure he's the manager if not he needs to be. Everything seems to run smoothly when he's there. If you need suggestions on what to get I mix it up a lot but the Buffalo chicken wrap is awesome and all of the quesadillas are good. Honestly everything I've tried on the menu has been good. The peanut butter cup is my favorite ❤❤❤
