I ordered a detox island green smoothie, no ginger and sub lime. They put a whole lime in the smoothie, rind and all. Is that how it’s usually done? It’s clogged up the straw, and is bitter.
Customer service and food is usually good, but smoothies not so much. Too much ice. No flavor.
I have eaten at this place since it opened over 10 years ago. The staff if always on point and the current manager is running the store as well as a restaurant can be ran.
I wish I could give this ZERO STARS!!!!!! nothing but a bunch of little teenage kids working at this location. playing and laughing over the speaker. had me on hold for 5 minutes. then proceeds to have me waiting at the window for 10+ minutes for a smoothie and quesadilla. only to find out after leaving they rang me up for extra items I didn’t ask for, causing me to turn back around.
Very slow drive through. Smoothies are just ice most of the time . If you want a decent smoothie from the Rodney Parham location you better go before night crew gets there.
Every time I come to this location these people are extremely slow and they don’t use gloves, I just found this out. The facility is nasty and dirty and so are the staff that make your food here. Just ? Long nails and no gloves.

Great smoothie, dinning area clean and bright tropical decor. That's pretty much where the 3 stars came from. The cashier was dry, but took my order. The kitchen/work area was very dirty. I've never seen a work environment that bad and expected better. It was really something to see because as I watched them work and take orders, they just stepped right over the trash. A guy working dropped a bottle of what looked like sauce and just left it on the floor....to be honest if I saw what I saw BEFORE I gave my order and paid, I would've just left. I knew it would've been a process to get my money refunded.
Nice new store. Much better than the old place.
