I believe there must be some kind of a problem with the online ordering system from https://www.purplecowlr.com/ website. Today was the second time in two weeks that I have placed an online order and when I arrived well past the estimated pickup time, staff seemed to have no idea I had even placed an order. Both times I have had to wait more than 30min beyond the estimated pickup time in order to get my food. To make matters worse, this time around I was given the wrong kind of chips, fried tenders rather than the grilled ones I had ordered, and left out the salad that I had ordered. Just a host of errors. I have been a frequent (1-2 times per month) customer of this restaurant for around the last 6 years, and relatively less frequent (a few times a year) even going back the full 18 years that I have lived in Little Rock. It seems like over the last few years, even prior to covid, the quality had been going a little downhill. More and more frequently I had gotten poor quality (or missing) food in my orders. The trend has just accelerated more recently. I would guess in large part due to difficulty keeping staff with the kind of tight labor market we are seeing at the moment. But that's part of business, making sure you retain quality employees. I've always liked supporting them as a locally founded business, but I can't keep being a patron of a restaurant that just keeps getting everything wrong.
Always a great time when I come here! Staff is amazing, food is amazing, and the shake just adds an additional satisfaction!

Our server was amazing- attentive, kind, offered a to-go drink after dining. The restaurant is in need of a deep clean though - visible dirt in the dining room and bathrooms. We usually frequent the NLR location which is spotless and hadn’t been to this one in years. Please clean this location. It’s bad, including a dirty smell.
First time coming here. I like how the restaurant is set up like an old time diner. It wasn't too crowded. The staff was super friendly. Now for the burger, I tried the Supreme bacon burger with all the fixings and was actually GOOD! Ialso had their famous purple shake omg it was the best shake I've ever had!!! (I didn't get a pic). If you like the feel of an old school diner & food, you'll love this place. however the tables are a little too close to the booths for my liking. But overall it's a nice restaurant withgood service and even better food!
Decent place to visit. Little on the pricey side but may be related to current events. Our server, Maya(sp??) was on point! We split burgers and the sampler platter. The sampler was good and they give you a nice array of sauces to dip. The burgers, however, were just off a bit. They definitely were fresh cooked and didn't taste previously frozen, but just lacked flavors. Toppings were fresh, but the burger flavor Just didn't come through for me.
This was our first experience with Purple Cow. The kids like the decor and songs. Wife had a salad, 1/4 of the lettuce was brown and slimy. The taste was other than that was good.The kids got a kick out of the purple pie. Between the 4 of us, we didn't finish it. No one loved it, more like meh.
Great environment! The food was great as usual, it took no time to go from initial order to table. Too make things beyond exceptional, the servers are all delightful. Ours in particular, had an infectiously bubbly personality and took great care of us. A definite place to stop by if ever in the area!

Terrible presentation of every item ordered. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. they do not deliver its only through third party service and even if your order is correct (which ours wasn’t) they put the blame on the delivery service as if they went into the PC kitchen and prepared the food. Will not be ordering from this place again. Side note: manager has zero problem solving skills.FOLLOW UP!!! Kudos to Kenneth the manager for personally delivering our missing items to our place of employment after having to listen to me so very rudely complain. Much appreciation for that. He definitely rectified the error.
