No pizza pictures this time but this strawberry short cake alone makes it worth the trip. Never had bad service or a bad meal here, worth the trip every time

GREAT pizza!! prices are terrible and so is customer service. i call 9 times with no answer. i was forced to go up there just to see there was no one dining there. the phone was ringing with 3 people in front of it. they knew someone was waiting but neglected to take their call. staff is kind, though. i expect better of yall

The staff was friendly and efficient. The drinks are great, but the pizza was lacking. Very thin, soggy crust, and was lacking flavor. Very expensive for bad pizza.

Waited by the door to be seated to only be stared at and then had to ask for a seat. Once seated no menus were given and waited 15 minutes before leaving. Received zero service and they just continued to wait on everyone else.

The Pizzeria in the Heights was an excellent experience, and I can’t wait to do it again! Everything from the atmosphere to the service was above and beyond our expectations. Our server Stephanie was an absolute gem! She was extremely knowledgeable, fun, and in tune with our needs. The food was top notch and I’m still dreaming about it today. As far as I’m concerned the only bad time to go is when they are closed!

Food, drinks, and dessert were great! Service was fantastic as well.

Paul and Matt are great, so is the pizza.

Stephanie made our evening one for the books, but in the worst way possible. She is woefully rude and clearly over employed. The service here is horrible and you can blame Stephanie for this review. She was so rude. She single handedly ran off customers. Everyone I know will be discouraged from going here based on how Stephanie treated us. Go to ZAZAs…right around the corner and pay/tip the competition. No one at ZAZAS has ever treated us like Stephanie treated me. She actually kept chasing me with rude comments til I walked out. Blame Stephanie. Period. She was yelling at me on the way out the door to make sure I mentioned her by name. Seems like she doesn’t value her job at all. I feel sorry for the owner and hope they are aware of Stephanie’s public outbursts.

Unfortunately our first visit was ruined by a “girl” named Stephanie. It’s a very cute eatery, but unfortunately woefully understaffed. Our waitress was kind, social. We never got our food. We we’re explained to that no one was cooking. Waited over an hour and 15 minutes for pizza that never arrived. Stephanie should work for chick filet a while and learn some manners and decorum. She is clearly uneducated but over employed.

Love the atmosphere and everyone at The Pizzeria! Great restaurant and outdoor dining too. And I love to support any business that chooses to run their business as they see fit which in turn allows any customer to act on their own behalf during this time of CDC recommendations. Thank you for choosing freedom!
