Thursday night this place was so busy it was insane. We waited a long time before I reached out to the employee that came a pampered our dog with chicken and he made sure to take our order and have a quick refresh with his team about checking new tables. I cannot begin to tell you how good your shift lead Hunter was that evening in making a horrible start to the experience a great evening. If you read this and are the owner please try to watch your staffing as happy hour is too much for the two servers you had that evening covering everything. For patrons it's dog friendly and has a great menu and good pizza they just need some more help as busy as they are.

The Pizza Cafe was an out the way restaurant that me and my boyfriend decided to go to last night. Atmosphere, service and food was great!!!! Since we are not beef eaters we ordered the Mexican pizza with chicken it was so delicious. If you are ever in the area give yourself a treat.
Pizza was so great. Always is. Staff is friendly. Waiting for the food takes some time. But overall we enjoy their pizza and the honey packets for the pizza is my favorite thing about the place.
Freaks & Greeks salad is best in LR! Pizza is really good. Hit or miss on service depending on how busy they are.

We have always loved pizza cafe and finally went and tried out the WLR location. Amanda was our server and took fantastic care of us.
7.2 out of 10 not as good as the original pizza cafe but it was fine. Good crust. Sauce with a little light great cheese.
For clarity please read this whole review, not just the first two sentences..I see whatchu doinMy partner and I stopped in here after the restaurant we intended to go to (the night after Xmas) was closed. Initially we felt a bit confused or snubbed. We wanted to sit outside, we found the ordering confusing, and we felt a bit unwanted. The staff member who was a bit snarky about seating us outside who said “absolutely not the outside is closed”, took REALLY good care of us. It became obvious to us that even though we wanted to sit outside for covid concerns, the staff could not handle extra volume outside because they were slammed. This place is popular for a reason: the salad was slamming’ and the pizza was just as good. $5 house wine, and the staff member who had me turned off initially ended up being a total sweetheart and gave top tier service.Be patient…this place is great. Don’t write it off in the first 5 minutes you are there.
This place makes great pizza. I could end my review right there and still give PCW a 5 star rating, but there is so much more! Their salads and sandwiches are really good. The atmosphere isn't spectacular due to very little effort to make it as nice as it could be. But it's clean and inviting, and the dining room is usually filled with a good crowd of friendly folks. The service is wonderful and the staff is kind. PCW does not make fast food pizza. They take their time and serve a superior pizza. Enjoy your friends' company and a nice adult beverage while you wait. It's worth it!
