Had a great date night. Food was great and the server knew what she was doing. A great server won't come ask if you need a refill. They will bring it and put it on the table without saying anything. A great server keeps their distance and serves. I don't need someone asking every 5 minutes if I'm ok. Server was great as was the food. Def recommend
We visited two weeks ago and it was absolutely packed with graduates and their families. Management seemed to know ahead of time, because there were plenty of staff for a weekday at 4:30p. Our server was really friendly and refilled drinks and (their amazing) rolls often.My only negative was that we ordered an appetizer that never came out, so we just cancelled it when our food came. Our server was very apologetic and seemed shocked that no one had brought it out. Overall, a great visit!
Great food and upbeat atmosphere. Our server Nancy was amazing with our service. She was very attentive. We had an issue and she brought it to management's attention. The manager went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional. We will definitely be back.
We had a great experience AGAIN! Our waiter, Jordan, has to be one of the most awesome servers we have ever had. He was attentive and super sweet, no matter what we asked. The manager, Jordan, actually took the time to sit and listen to our compliments, as well as allergy concerns. Definitely will ask for Jordan next time!!!
BEST SERVICE EVER! Alexis was our server! They were packed but the wait time was minimal. The staff were all very friendly, smiling and very attentive. Our order was delicious and correct. I don't think I'll ever get takeout again. I'll only eat in from now on if I come back, because there is no way this is fresh. The fries were basically inedible and the pulled pork was the driest I've ever had. I'm noticing that in AR, when you ask for extra of something, they give you way less. My utensils, veggies (just noticed), straws, two side sauce were all missing. My standards can't be that high but I definitely think that if I'm tipping, at least get everything on the receipt. Isn't that why yall have a checklist on it?

I ordered a to go Steak tips with onions and mushrooms. I do not even think this is steak. Im so disappointed this was one of my favorite dishes. Texas Roadhouse in Little Rock, AR who ever is the cook tonight need to be fired. I wouldn't feed this to my dog.
Tonight (03-08-2022) was the worst experience I’ve had at this location. After waiting almost an hour, my party of 3 never received any food! Parties seated after us were already eating and most were almost done. Our server informed us she didn’t know what was going on with our food and she would check on it. After another wait, I ask for a manager. The manager then comes to the table and tell us it was dropped and had to be remade. Nothing was ever said to us in regards to this. We’re very understanding people as two of us are former servers. Lack of communication and care and concern for your guest tainted my experience! No one really cared that it took that long for us to still not receive any food. As we’re preparing to leave, it’s being brought out. It’ll be a long time before I come to this location again!
I’m picky about how my steak is cooked. I like it extra rare. Most places over cook it. My steak tonight was perfect. All the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was great.
