Well, ordered online, arrived at restaurant and was told they are out of chicken, rice, pita bread and lettuce. Basically everything we ordered. Would have appreciated a phone call so I did not have to drive there to be told this information.
Ordered take out for 9 people. Showed up to pick it up, and they were out of so many things that they couldn’t complete our order. Understandable, but a phone call would have gone a long way rather than showing up to pick it up to be told, “We have bad news.”
This visit was much better than last time. Looks like they remodeled. The female working the register had great positive enthusiastic energy. Prices were still high. Can't afford to eat out much. Portions on side dishes were nice. Only had 1 rotten grape. I didn't say anything to anyone. I don't like to complain. Beef gyro was much smaller. The best part of the food is the potato chips. I tried the new Lamb Burger and was disappointed. It was dry. Maybe it was supposed to be. It wasn't even hot; like it has been sitting in a warmer, drying out. The bun was wider than the patty. Bacon would have been nice. My wife likes to go here for variety I guess. We'll be back, but not anytime soon. Can't afford to eat here very often.
Normally good service was lacking. My order was placed on Taziki's website and delivered through Door Dash. Delivery was later than estimated but that was ok. I ordered 2 salads, soup, a pint of Tazikis sauce and chips. One of the salads was wrong and there was no soup. I called immediately, spoke to Arden and explained the situation. I was told I could "come and get it if you wanted it that bad" or I could get a refund for the soup. I had it delivered because I couldn't go pick it up. I opted for the refund but really? "If I wanted it that bad?" If I didn't want it, I wouldn't have ordered it. My coworkers and I order lunch a lot but I promise, I will no longer order from this location.
I normally love Tazikis... they got rid of the turkey club ciabatta and I've moved on from that. But lately, no matter which location I choose, I can't get my order right. I order the grilled beef tenderloin sandwich. Simple and delicious. Beef, onions, cheese, horseradish sauce....4 ingredients and I swear they somehow forget one every time now. I really like the horseradish sauce... it's why I ordered one and waited for Doordash to decide to eventually bring it... no sauce, no cookies, just disappointment and it just keeps happening. Why is it so hard to get things right and just check them before you send them out?
The staff are friendly and quick even with the extremely busy lunch. They run meals out for curbside, have them ready to go for pick up, and even follow the special requests to a t every time! They are a good healthy alternative. I love the kabob meal, although it is a touch spicy. I always just get rice to calm it down. Their food can be a bit greasy, but ever so delicious.
The food was great, bit pricy but great.
Everything is amazing the food the service but the cooks can not read a ticket. Every time I order something the servers ring it up correctly and the line screws it up! Asked for extra peppers and there were none and this happens more often than not.
If u want to pay high price for food and get small portions then this is the place for you. Ordered the veggie feast and got famine. Don’t waste your time and money on this place! Literally only 4 bites of food in this box maybe 8 pieces of greens. Really wish I could send it back for a refund definitely not worth what I paid
Ordered take out Valentines evening and was disappointed ?. We can't afford to eat out much, but when we do, we try to go somewhere special. We've eaten here many times before. The pita was cold and tough. The cut of lamb was lower grade. Potato ? chips were good
