My day is always improved when I eat at TajMahal in Little Rock. I enjoy the food, and I lovethat as a customer, I'm treated so well by thestaff, especially my server, Chinmay! I want tothank him personally, he did go out of his way tomake my experience even better here. Thankyou! - the Chicken Biryani Boneless is one of myfavorite authentic dishes here. Delicious. AndRosemary Naan bread. So good.
Ambience is inviting and super nice unlike the other top indian restaurant that Google suggested in Little Rock, AR which we found to be a bit dingy. We had lunch / dinner 3 times in a week and our favorites are the Vegetarian thali which comes with so much stuff for $19 (no substitution allowed) - 2 piece Onion pakoda, 3 sabzis (malai kofta, navratan korma, saag paneer), 1 Naan, dal tadka, saffron rice, curd raita, gulab jambun, shaped popadums, salad, pickle. On the Alacarte sabzi front our favorite was veggie delight $16.95 (paneer and kofta) which comes with a bowl of rice. Fried Papads are complimentary with green and tamarind chutney. We loved the Coconut Kulfi desert which was a bit icy and hard to cut but the taste more than made up for it. Customer service from Denzil was outstanding considering he understood our tastes preferences and suggested options accordingly. He was super friendly with our 3 year old.
The food is SO GOOD! Service was quick and friendly. The portions were very generous and everything was just amazing! Very nice, relaxing atmosphere. Plenty of variety on the menu. And everything tasted fantastic! My family and I love Indian food and like to try new restaurants as we find them. Taj Mahal blew us away! We will definitely be back!
The service was top notch. The drive thru was busy but the interior had slowed as I was later for a tradition dinner. I had lamb and the two vegetable samosa and they hit the spot. I must say the old fashioned was delightful and one of the better ones I've had in my life. The decor and aroma topped off a delightful dinner and the service, host / bartender and waiter were well above average making this place worth a return trip!

The tandoori chicken is tasty. When ordering, one can choose between spicy, medium, and mild levels of heat. The waiter Denzel is very polite and helpful. The dining area has exotic decorations with plenty of natural light. Try the coconut ice cream and a cup of hot tea as a refreshing palate cleanser after your meal.
We tried the vegetarian and non-vegetarian Thali tonight and it was delicious! Good portion size and decent variety. Chinmay Mhatre was our server tonight and he was really nice! He kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we need. 5/5 stars for the food & the service. We will be back at Taj.
They’re the best Indian restaurant to eat at! There employees are the most nicest and understanding people I know. One of there employees name is sunny with the bald head!! Haha just kidding, but check this place out. There the best. I’ve been going there for 3-4 years now. Great costumer service and great food. Me and my family always leave with our bellies full and happy. The best Indian restaurant in Arkansas!!
Very good food that is made fresh. Their rice is some of the best I’ve had as it is very fragrant. I had the chicken tikka masala. The portion size is a little small for the price and I gave it 4 stars for this reason, as well as it seemed to lack some flavor. It definitely needed salt. Otherwise, very nicely done and I would definitely eat here again. Nice job!
