Service was excellent. The black gentleman with locks was very customer friendly and engaging. He expressed that they get a lot of traveller's that stop in. I was one.The food wasn't as good as I remember (the rice and guacamole-specifically)...but I'm in TX so I do have access to some of the best.Fair portion for the price.?
Had to get a refund. The lady that made my food didn't wear no gloves nor wash her hands & tried to serve my order to me & I'm watching her make the order with no gloves.
I visited this taco Bueno March 1, 2022. The person on speaker and the person working the window (same person) was so very rude. His name was Michael. He was rude when I was placing my order. When I got to the window to pick up my order, I asked for jalapeños and pico de gallo and his response was “I’m about to start charging for this”. Mind you I order 2 meals and had none in the bag. He proceeds to had me 1 cup of jalapeños and 1 cup of pico….for TWO meals. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager…probably why they can’t get anyone to work there (his attitude). I then asked for the number to corporate and he refused. Said they were owner/operated. I asked for owners number and he refused because the owner lives out of town. If Michael is really the manager he needs to be fired. His attitude and lack of customer service was nasty and left much to be desired. And on top of all that, the food presentation was horrible and food was cold
Most of the time this location is on point and does great. Occasionally there will be a rude employee, which is uncalled for and costing a star because it happens more often than it should
My Burrito was delicious!!! The only bad thing about this experience was I drop sum on my shirt, I just happened to be in white that day?
Customer Service was great!!! But the food was awful! I will not order the Mucho Nachos again. Next, I'll try the tacos, who can go wrong with a taco? Great Customer Service.
The service here is fantastic, I always move through the line quickly, & our food is always hot and fresh. Plus they have AWESOME coupons.
