Bit funny but also sad how long the food took...20 minutes?!?! Never seen such a mismanaged restaurant before. The fact that Maury Povich was on TV ("you are the dad" nonsense) couldn't have been more appropriate for this place (unfortunately)
“Only accepting DoorDash, grub hub, Uber eats, or mobile orders.”This Taco Bell is consistently the worst I’ve ever been to. Between tonight’s experience, a random “30 minute shift change - no orders” at 8pm, “we only accept cash at this time”, “our system is down so we can’t take any orders”, and consistently forgetting food that’s paid for I suggest they just close this location, or at least fire the managers who are running this location into the ground.I mean it’s so bad that this was posted in the window.
The worst experience I have ever had at my life, horrible staff with zero management let alone leadership. Messed up our order 4 times in a row, back to back all while sitting here at the window. The employees are ratchet and need some serious coaching. Too busy on the phones to make 4 tacos. Horrible place- do not come here. Now they are all arguing about where the food went after we just asked for a refund at this point feom the incompetent people
I wasn't helped. I tried to order food at the drive thru, the app, and doordash. Every single order was rejected after an hour of waiting. Every time you get to talk to someone here, they make you feel evil just for ordering. Don't go here if you don't want to feel verbally assaulted. Even if you try to be nice you will still leave feeling like they hate you. Just stay away.
I've been sitting in the drive thru for an hour and a half. It's taken 15 minutes or more for each car just to order. It took 15 minutes to even be acknowledged at the speaker. I paid and sat at the window 15 more minutes only for it to open and the person to ask me what I ordered and then just shut it in my face when I tried to tell her. This was after I'd paid, gotten drinks, had a receipt and was waiting on the food. I'm *still* sitting here waiting on it. This is quality of the place and of the customer service you can expect. It's the most terrible customer service experience I've had in a very very long time.
This is the worst Taco Bell ever!! They always have they lights off. My order was completely wrong when I went back to let them fix it she said she was closing the store it was 1:20am supposedly they close at 3am today if not at least 2:00am I honestly don’t think it’s the GM it’s the workers. The lady that took my order she was so high off of something she kept falling a sleep while talking. The managers & workers here are horrible! If you can definitely avoid going here.
Don’t go to this Taco Bell. The employees don’t care and it shows. They take forever to take your order, the night crew closes early whenever they feel like it just to do nothing but sit on the clock and get money. They’re also rude, you’ll be better off going to the one on university where all the crackheads are at. At least you’ll have better service.
Lights are always off.Told I had to wait 20 min for an order I told them no and I still had to wait in line because nobody was telling cars to move around so other cars could get out.If I could give a negative review I would! I’m never coming back! Complete garbage!
Hours listed for Saturday says they close at 4AM. I arrived at approximately 9pm, to find there was a line around the building. While I was waiting, they turned the lights off, and were not taking any orders. The employees were clearly still inside as well. Incredibly disappointing.
I swear if it's not one thing it's another with this Taco Bell. They always got their lights turned off. They're never taking orders after a certain time at night and it can be a reasonable time at night like 8:00 or 9:00 though they're posted to be open till 4:00 a.m. they never open avoid avoid avoid no one can help you if you have an issue with the online order just told to call corporate. I don't know if they're having a shortage on food if it's management if it's not enough help now functions and their computer. Just say avoid this Taco Bell. And there's nothing personal against the employees that work there they weren't rude or nothing but it's just always something. But sometimes I have experience them being rude there and I've also experienced things not being done right and my order things left out of the bag. This is just my whole experience of the times I have came.
