The service is not good they be having attitudes and subway on geyer springs doesn't accept coupons. Bad service
This Subway has some serious service issues. I can recall on multiple occasions in the past year walking up and being met with locked doors during their advertised hours, typically not long before they're supposed to close up for the day. I don't even try coming after 7:30 at this point. Online ordering is offline, and it has NEVER worked at this location as far as I can recall. They also wouldn't accept large bills the last time I tried to pay with $100, so I had to scramble to find something smaller or leave empty-handed despite offering them perfectly good money. And then other times, they can ONLY accept cash because their card payment system is down. I'd come here more often if this place consistently followed the basic business standards most other fast food joints adhere to. The food is usually fresh and tastes decent, but it takes more than that to keep customers satisfied and business coming.

Top 10 worst customer service I have ever experienced. The service was so bad it made me laugh. I guess I interrupt this guy's break so he let me know. the sandwich literally thrown together. if this place is ever given 5 stars it's done by the management team or a robot. My recommendation is to drive down the road to another subway or go make it yourself.
