No customer service at all, they don't even try to be friendly, specially the guy with rastas,it seems like they don't get paid for working there.
No one else in the store. 3 worker in there not a 1 ask me if I needed anything. I waited patiently, and I just had enough so I walked out that's when they asked me if I needed anything, guess what I don't need anything from them I can go somewhere else.
Really sad service. When I walked in all three employees working stared at me and not one of them said hello to me. They had online order sandwiches everywhere, on top of the trays of toppings and pans. When making my sandwich I’m pretty sure the meat he put on kept touching the pan another sandwich was on. A piece of turkey fell on top of another container and he threw it back in its bin which is disgusting. The employees do not pay attention to what toppings you are asking for and have to re ask you multiple times. I provided a picture of my cookies with the messy, grease drenched bag they provided. Would not recommend this subway.
Very slow customer service, not friendly at all. The Indian lady was very rude and very short. My sandwich was basically all bread. I would never recommend this location. I know from experiences at other subways that this is NOT their standards.
Love this location. Very friendly & efficient service.
This is very great place to dine in . We went with family to dine in, the employees are so nice and the food was so delicious. Meat and vegetables are so fresh .
Decent place, I asked for a double meat protein salad but only got like 6 slices of the really thin deli meat which is barely enough for putting on a 6 inch sub in my mind. If it turns out all subways are like that, I'm done forever ?
Super stingy with everything and used wrong meat. Charged items separately
Wasn't that good sandwich was dry and they act like we not paying for the toppings
Honestly, if I could give this 0 stars, I would. A lot went wrong with this place, and I'm not just talking about the food. If it wasn't for the time crunch I already had, I would have spent a long time dealing with the employees and showing them exactly the way I was trained when I worked at Subway. So, I go in and order 3 sandwiches. One is BMT with veggies, the second is a Tuna with veggies and the 3rd is a BLT with avocado. It's bad when the sandwiches are done incorrectly, but it's worse when they're done poorly IN FRONT OF YOU! And overcharging for bottle drinks instead of making the whole thing a meal is just petty penny-pinching.The first sandwich, they wanted Italian bread and the employee kept trying to make the BMT on Herb and Cheese. That's not what the order is. Next they tried to charge extra for additional toppings. I'm not sure what is going on with Subway nowadays, but an extra $1.20 for a few extra cucumbers is outrageous. I'm not talking about a handful, no, this was like 3 slices of cucumber on top of the other 4 slices. The order I gave was no olives, it should be simple since I didn't say olives. They put olives on it and wouldn't take them off. Seriously, you make sandwiches in front of people, if they say NO to something then don't add it.Tuna. Oh boy, this was a fun one. Herb and Cheese bread, pepperjack cheese and some veggies. No big deal, right? WRONG! 4 tiny scoops of tuna, 4 slices of cheese (which is normal) and not toasted. Well, here is where the problem really was. Light lettuce (done), cucumbers (again, 3 slices of cucumber on a foot long), pickles (2 pickle slices on a foot long) and spinach. I told the employee I would like more pickles, I mean c'mon, 2 slices is supposed to be a topping? Well guess what they proceed to tell me. It's going to be $1.20 for extra pickles. I said fine, I wanted my damn pickles. What do they do? They added 2 more slices and left it at that. By now, I'm pretty upset but I was running out of time and had to get back to my meeting as soon as possible.3rd foot long, a BLT with veggies. OH MY DEAR GOD! A BLT has freaking BACON, LETTUCE and TOMATOE on it. Unless specified otherwise, you always start with that. They however did not know what a BLT was, because they just put bacon and cheese on the sandwich and left it at that. Oh, and when they toasted the sandwich, it was charred. How do you char bacon and cheese inside one of these Subway toaster ovens? Well, you set it at the wrong setting, that's how. So here I am, with a charred toasted bacon and cheese sandwich and they are just going through it with no issues. They began to just leave the sandwich like that, but it was supposed to be a BLT. It's got the B, but missing the L and T. I tell them it's supposed to have lettuce and tomatoes, and they just slap a few bits of both onto it. By the time the sandwich gets what is supposed to be on it, they've already started to ring me up.So, we have 3 three sandwiches which are all mediocre at best, 3 bottled drinks because they didn't have anything on the fountain that was remotely appetizing, and 3 chips. That's what a meal consists of, or at least it used to. Now, when she rings me up, it comes to a total of $41 and some change. When I asked about why it wasn't a meal for the three combos, she says "The bottle drinks are $.20 extra, do you want them?". Well yes, I want them, that's part of the meal. She proceeds to argue with me over it, saying that she won't add the bottled drinks to a meal combo because it's $.20 extra and won't change the price for them. By now, I've had it with this place. I have an important meeting to get to in less than half an hour, I'm starving and this place is causing more problems than anything. I just accept the outrageous prices and lack of service and leave. If you want a sandwich, this isn't the place to get it. If you want Subway, find a different one, the extra drive would be worth
