I love Starbucks....but this location was understaffed and had new employees. The order was slightly off, but still great coffee. However, most people don't have 45 minutes to wait for coffèe!
Good thing I'm in no hurry. I have been here for 20 minutes, inside, there was only 2 people in line in front of me... and only 1 of them has his order so far.
Coffee was cold, asked for my pumpkin loaf to be warmed, it was not. Asked for extra caramel crunch in my daughters drink, was not done and when we went back they said, “ oh, we ran out”. Gave her cookie pieces instead? Yet, we were still charged extra for the caramel crunch. My coffee was probably less than 3/4 of the way full. Was really disappointed with the coffee run. Will definitely go to another location from now on. Feel like my $25.00 order was a a total waste.
Brock is an excellent barista!! I’ve had the pleasure of him serving me multiple times and he always makes my coffee just right. He’s the best barista, for sure!! ??
Starbucks on kanis was horrible today. I waited 30 min in line jst to find out they didn’t whip cream, or syrup. Then they gave me a small instead of a grande smh this is the closed store to me but after today I may jst drive those extra few miles cuz this service was jst horrible
My bread on sandwich was good and hot but the egg was cold but it was good.
4 cars took 15 minutes to service. Been having a lot of issues with time at this location. Will go out of my way to avoid the wait and location. Cramped and difficult to leave.
Staff is great. parking lot is poorly designed for quantity of customers in drive through. Also a cup of coffee is $1 more expensive than locations on a couple of miles away.
New Starbucks. Hard to find, the lady was very rude. Not exactly southern hospitality
Staff is friendly. My only complaint is that the dark roast coffee is only ever warm at best when I get it here, and I don't typically have time to wait for a fresh batch. The University store doesn't have this issue. A microwave would heat that right up, but Starbucks doesn't have them, I've usually checked out of my hotel, and I feel silly sneaking into Panera to warm up my Starbucks coffee.
