I love this place they are so nice and the drinks are great will forever come to this location
My experience today was extremely awful. The Barista did not greet me. When I pulled up she stared at me. As I proceed to tell her my mobile order she started to hand me 2 drinks. I explained to her that I was given the wrong order. She said nope it’s yours we are out of Trienta so we had to give you 2 16 oz that add up to the size you ordered. I ask why she didn’t explain to me before she hand to me. She rolled her eyes and walked away. Another lady came to window with my Daughter order. The cups were not full . When I told her if you changed the order at least make sure the cups is full. She stood there with blank stare. I drove off. I have visited numerous Starbucks never experience such rudeness , distasteful drinks, along with disappointment. The dragon fruit and kiwi taste old. The refresher drinks tasted blend. Not happy with order or service. Will not visit Broadway Little Rock store. ?
The drive thru is a little tight, but the service and quality have never disappointed. On a recent indoor visit, I discovered a bag of free, used coffee grounds. My compost bin couldn't be happier!!!
Come to Starbucks on 3/22/22 and the drive thru so nice and whoever was making the coffee did an excellent job. That is a great team because my Caramel Frappacino is soooo good.
Pretty good service. It's a popular Starbucks though so I hope you have time to sit in line for a long while if you're doing a morning or afternoon/lunch coffee run.
I have had bad experiences at Starbucks, but as the one now is unucate and unfortunate, I went to bring a drink this morning, the Lobby is closed I tried to explain to the workers of that store, that my truck was too big, wide and with An enclose trailer and that it was impossible for me to turn around because it is very narrow, and they told me: that I had to walk and make the order ??♂️??♂️, I did not have to open the Lobby for me to just take the order but I did NOT walk between cars to make my order, and the lady who attended me with the worst attitude on the planet ??♂️ I wonder if it had been their skin color, would this treatment have been different? Of course, if I have gone to those stores and when I go with white or African-American people, the treatment is different. one of the worst experiences at Starbucks in Little Rock
This is my favourite go to location! Such friendly staff and just I immediately feel at peace when I am there… it’s like home.
Barista was a little rude, no one greeted me so I just kinda stood there for 4-5 minutes awkwardly and they were out of the cardboard heat protectors that go around cups. In the end, the drink wasn't even good.
Lobby was closed on Sunday, November 28, 2021. Why? Don't know. Covid omicron? Staffing? Supply chain? Neighborhood? The drive thru was open.
This used to be my go-to store, since it's the closest to where I live, but in the last 6 months, nearly every trip has been a disappointment. I was hoping when the holiday flavors rolled around, it would be better. I was wrong. What's the point of upcharging for the flavors when it just tastes like warm milk? I waited in line 20 minutes with one car in front. I will be avoiding this store and recommend my friends to do the same. Which, by default means I won't be going to any of the others often, as they are farther away.
