I drive for Uber eats and today I had four orders with this starbucks. Of course, I can’t comment on if the food was good or not since I didn’t eat any of it (though I can say that in previous visits the food and drinks are always good) but I have to brag on the staff. They’re so sweet and fast and I can tell they really love their job, but more importantly when I kept coming back, they offered me water because it was so hot today. I wasn’t a paying customer, just a delivery driver but even that small gester really served to make my morning better!
I usually make my own latte at home but wanted to use my gift card from work. My green tea matcha latte had an acidic taste to it. It tasted like spoiled milk. Disgusting!
Close to my work life. I have to have them remake my drink a lot. ? But second time is always a charm.

I have been to Starbuck in New York, Dallas, Kansas City, New Orleans, Washington, and Virginia. This is the worst one for quality and customer service. I live about 5 minutes from this location and will drive to the North Little Rock location when I want my drinks made correctly. My guest who come from out of town have stated the same sentiments as well!

Very poor attitude. Like the customer owes them something not the customer has a right to good service. Not the first time at this location. Been to many Starbucks and none have been as rude as the chenal location. Just truly want what we ask and pay for and that’s a full cup of coffee
This is probably the worst Starbucks around. The employees attitudes are unpleasant and rude. My husband and I get a very simple drink everyday if not twice a day. Our drink is very simple, Latte w/soy and NO MILK FOAM. The milk foam makes our drinks half full of a venti, therefore we want what we pay for 2 times a day. Whatever policy is, they waste a lot of drinks by dumping out the drinks and remaking them instead of just removing the foam and topping off the cup with milk. If they would read the sticker on the mobile order then they wouldn’t have to remake our drinks 90% of the time.
