Consistently inconsistent. The store on 107 is 4+ stars; others do good to get 1 or 2 stars.
Ordered through the app and set a 15 minute time to pick it up. I still had to wait about 7 minutes to get my food as if they didn't start making it until I checked in. I only ordered a Route 44 Slush and small tots. Had to drive around to find a stall since most had notes on them about being out of order.
They are always super nice and they always get my order correct. The food is always fresh and hot.
Several bad experiences at this location. Put in mobile order, wait 30 minutes because at this point I’ve already paid. Go up to the door to get my fries and tots, cold. Drinks haven’t been made so they go in and make my drinks. I guess the food was setting there waiting for somebody to make the drinks so it could all be brought to my car. There’s lots of other places close by, don’t spend your money here.
Employees seem nice enough. Just cant quite seem.to get my order right ever. Most generally I will drive out of my way to eat here. Competence would go nicely with courtesy gents.
I decided to edit my review. They got better. Sometimes we have bad days and good days, that also is true in business.
Rude as f, don’t order online bc they will lose your order. If you pull up to the stall at 10, they will let you sit there till 10:30 then say they lost the order
So many of the screens I pulled up to were broken. It took three trues before I found one that worked. I pushed the button and waited 10 minutes then pushed it again. Telhey finally took my order. The order was incorrect. The employee had no care in the world and mumbled. The fries tasted like the greese had not been changed in years, the burger was not what I ordered, and there was something at the bottom of my drink. This was one of the worst experiences with trying to get food that I've had in Little Rock. We won't be back.
This sonic is the worst I've been to. It took multiple tries to convey and correct our order, and afterwards we ended up with, somehow, both frozen and burned tots and fries. Frozen inside and burned outside. I dont even know how that is possible. This was the most regretful $20 I've ever spent, and they did not provide me with a receipt to be able to leave feedback with management.
The worst sonic. Their “system” is always going down and the wait times are insane. I waited almost 10 minutes for a drink, then they say the system is down so cash only. I didn’t have any cash and they wouldn’t comp a $1 drink after I waited for so long. The employees are so rude too.
