This is the closest sonic to my work so I tend to try and go here. 9/10 times I come here though, the staff is rude and my order is almost always messed up in some way.I went today for lunch and tried to order a chicken sandwich for me and popcorn chicken for my partner. The girl on headset cut me off after the popcorn chicken and just went away. I sat there and tried to wait for her to come back after trying to continue my order but her she never came back answer I’m not going to waste my whole lunch just trying to order.
I buyed a hamburger and it was a wire plastic in it, I call about it and they told me to go back with the ticket and the hamburger, I was already home I has to go back a 30 minites trip only for that and still they look like they don't believe me, oh my goodness ?
My wife made an order online before getting there and she still had to wait 30 minutes just for 2 slushes and 2 limeades and when my wife tasted the limeades they were carbonated and when the server returned she asked my wife if she wanted something else. My wife said no I wanted strawberry limeades, can you just change out the sprite, and the server laughed and walked off. She returned with the limeades and they tasted flat. The service from this location has been terrible. Customer experience is everything because you provide a great customer experience it makes them want to come back to spend more money but this was not the first time with attitudes from employees and long wait times. We will stop coming to this location and I will let my friends, and family know how disrespectful their servers was at this location.
I ordered a Rt44 sweet tea & Lg mozzarella sticks & the lady said ok..no price & nothing came on screen for me to pay so I waited about 10 mins & everyone else was getting their food & I pushed button again & asked if my order was placed bc of what happened & she asked me my order again & said ok hold on & nothing else. So I waited about 5 mins & pushed button again & the guy came across saying sorry we can't take orders for 15 mins !!! Hmmm hello I ordered my food more than 15 mins ago!! I said forget this & left!!!
I placed my order on the Sonic App for THREE drinks. I knew they were busy, so I waited for about 10 minutes. I finally pushed the button to alert the staff that I placed an order through the app. I was told that it was "drive-thru orders only". Well there wasn't a notice posted in the stall I was in or any stall apparently, judging by the cars that were pulling in.I drove around told the staff I had a MOBILE order. Since I was in the drive thru, I asked for a small order of cheese sticks. I get to the window and wait for about five minutes before I'm told they can't do "add-ons". The Mablevale Plaza location won't have to worry about me EVER coming back!!!
It's 96 degrees today all I wanted was some ice so that my dog and I wouldn't get a heat stroke I asked five employees and the manager and after waiting half an hour the manager of all people walked up to me and called me a homeless person and told me I had to leave the premises or she would call the police she never met me before and don't know nothing about me . I would give it zero Stars if I could
I waited too long and never got my food. When I finally got ahold of an employee, we asked if she had our mobile order but all she said was to pull up. The wait was too long so we just left. That's like the 2nd time this has happened at that location.
Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with no pickles and the works.Recieved a single patty burger with fried pickles AND sliced pickles, and ONLY mayonaise.I shouldn't be paying for something not even remotely close to my order.
We went to the Sonic in the Mabelvale plaza in Little Rock Arkansas and we need to give them lots of love. Holden took our order and informed us that they were very short-handed and our order might take a little bit longer. (Only 3 staff showed up) They were extremely busy and we understood. It did take a long time, but Holden was hustling to get everyone taken care of. He is an amazing employee and deserves tons of credit for making the best of a bad situation. The food was delicious as always.
Been waiting almost an hour for my online order. When I brought it to their attention that I was still waiting they proceeded to accuse me of leaving and then someone from the kitchen came out and argued with me about what stall I was parked in. I told them I’d like them to make the food fresh and have been waiting 15min since then..do not bother wasting your own time at the sonic on mabelvale plaza!
