Worst experience of my life!!I never post reviews but we pulled in and ordered waited 30 minutes on our food to come out cold but we were not going to complain. We get the wrong drink and wrong size and they ask for our receipt in this tone as they didn’t wanna believe us and they bring back yet again the wrong drink and it was watery then we go through the the drive through to change it yet again and we get a sprite this time a whole new drink I’m thinking it will be better wrong again. The sprite tasted like club soda. We won’t be back. Don’t waste your money here. Honestly this deserves no stars
Awful Awful Awful..... mobile ordered ahead of time, checked in waited 10 min then hit button to confirm they had my order. She answered with do you have a mobile order? Before I could respond she continued with because we are only taking mobile orders with a rude attitude . I said yes I have a mobile order gave my name and she said well there's only 2 of us we will get to it when we can. waited 25 min in total food was cold trashed most of it. Also when they brought the order it was wrong
Sonics are hit and miss. Some are good, some aren't. Also, it seems to be common that the day shift serves better product than the night shift. This is also true with most fast food chains.
If you like cold tots, this is the place for you. I've tried 4 times to order tots with my order and all four times I've received them cold and old.
The drive thru staff was very rude, and forgot plenty of our order. When we asked for condiments they got an attitude. They always burn the corn dogs too. When we came back the lady at the parked speaker was nice though and got us the rest of our order and apologized for the inconvenience. I did appreciate her but as previously mentioned drive they staff was extremely rude. Never coming back.
Went to order two items. One wasn't put in the other was completely wrong. Relayed the drink was wrong to the cashier at the window she claimed it was right. How do you argue with a customer over what they ordered? Then another worker walked out in front of our truck while it was moving. She got mad at us for apparently not reading her mind to know an adult would walk out in front of a moving vehicle. Common sense is sparse here. Eat elsewhere.
Best service at any Sonic, anywhere, any time!!! We ordered online and it was ready about 5 minutes after we arrived. They had forgotten our honey mustard but came running back with it before we left!
Ordered a chili cheese coney, cheese tots, and jalapeño poppers. I get to the window, I hear someone from the back tell the cashier there are no poppers. They ask if there are any for my order, then he runs my card. After waiting a while, someone else comes to the window and says they're out of poppers. Okay, it happens, so I ask for a refund. I'm handed my receipt that shows a refund. I finally get my order, I get home... and I have chili cheese fries, and cheese tots. There is no coney in my order. I don't know how fries and a coney are mistaken for each other, but it happened.
Asked numerous times for marinara to go with our cheese sticks. Waited over 20 minutes and was told it would be “right out” 3 times. Given 1 for a large despite asking for 3. I wish this was a unique experience, but this sonic is consistently low quality in terms of customer service. Will not be returning to this location, unfortunately.
Very busy, but that's a great thing! They are so friendly and so helpful. If you ate looking for a quick meal or snack and are in the area, I would truly recommend stopping by.
