Nice location.. fast fresh food ...
A couple weeks ago I ordered a strawberry shake with Oreo. Got home and it was just strawberry. No Oreo.Tonight I ordered a strawberry shake with M&M. Got home and it's plain vanilla. No strawberry, no M&M.How is it possible to repeatedly fail so hard on a single-item order with only 2 ingredients?The Broadway Sonic is garbage now. (I used to go all the time when Dewayne ran it a few years back -- the orders were right, I wasn't paying extra for ingredients Sonic was charging me for and not giving me, and the half-price shakes during Summer of Shakes made it worth it.)Not even going to get into the long wait times, busted screens in multiple stalls, etc.Will tell everyone to go to Cantrell (or any other location) instead of Broadway.Suggest other folks with similar complaints contact Sonic's corporate office if they're also getting ripped off and overcharged/shorted toppings repeatedly.
Food is pretty good for fast food. But check your order before you leave. They sometimes get it wrong.
This is a good sonic and is in a handy location. They get a little backed up sometimes which can slow them down, but that’s understandable because of their location relative to businesses, the law school, and the public service school. My only issue is that it seems like they regularly tend to have a significant number of stalls that are out of order. It’s not unusual to have to pull up to two or three different stalls to find on that works, which is a bigger problem if they’re busy. Other than that, it’s a great sonic. Just wish they’d get all of their stalls fixed.
I really ought to give them 5 stars if nothing else but because of their app. I love the way is laid out and it is so easy to order food from that thing and when you get to sonic it greets you. I love the whole experience and the food is outstanding at sonic. The drinks are the thing that really drives me to come out there.
My son and I placed our order, I first, then the young lady on the mic, was agitated when I asked of something on the menu and after my order She hung up and left me with an incomplete 2nd order of my son's. There was a guy came out with my second order but not my order! Then the guy went back in and another nice young lady came back with the order I had to, reorder again (1st original). The place was crowded inside and there were about 4 people working the orders outside, kudos ?? ? to them. I DON'T NEED THE ATTITUDE FROM A WORKER HANDLING MY FOOD!!
Usually quick, especially using the app. Sometimes a mistake on an order, but we are all human. Workers are always friendly, even at peak times.
I clearly ask them to make my food fresh I will wait and they bring me out the coldest & hardest popcorn chicken they could find they suck at there job
Need better customer service they were talking very unprofessional when they saw i was a black man. Like because I'm black that means they can go a head and cuss. Because at first they were professional. The food was fresh but I ordered a frozen lemonade slush and got strawberries in my slush. good thing I wasn't allergic.
Waited 20 mins for some cinnasnacks that came out raw. Now I'm late for work and can't take my meds because no food to eat with it. Not bringing my business here anymore because everytime I've been here the past few weeks it's become a total nightmare. Can't get thru the parking lot because people aren't being directed on how to use the very ineffective drive thru, which blocks traffic on both sides of the building -- I fail to comprehend why. This place just sucks, flat out. And it used to be good for how worn down the place looks, but it's a bad now, outside and inside.
