I am so disappointed. Sonic burgers usually are so delicious. Today, it was horrible. The wait was long & I was told something was wrong with the grill and mine was made fresh once problem was resolve. The carhop guy was so nice. Tater tots were cold, and the burger was hot but so nasty. It tasted exactly like a cheap frozen patty from the supermarket. It wasn't the usual Sonic burger. I could hardly stomach it. It had a weird smell as well. So disappointed.
Placed order waited 30 minutes finally buzzed to find out what was up and was told they had no such order! During the 30 minutes we waited we had car hops come to the car 4 times trying to give us orders that were NOT ours. This place is a circus and they aren't interested in trying to fix their mistakes. Left without any thing will gladly spend $ elsewhere and I'd recommend others to do the same
I came after lunchtime. I ordered a number 4, bacon and cheese toaster with an onion ring on the toaster and tots. Order came and I noticed fries in the bag. I let the car hop know I ordered tots. Car hop apologized and went back inside the building. I decided to check the rest of my order. There was a cheeseburger in the bag. If I hadn't checked, I would have paid 10$ for a order I didnt ask for. 15 minutes later, my order come out. The toaster was missing the onion ring and was almost burnt! I hate to complain, but when spending hard earned money-its sucks to not get what u asked for!
I ordered a cherry nerds slush and I received a regular cherry slush. Of course no biggie , but I didn't notice until I pulled out onto the road. I turned around and went back and told them they could just give me some nerds to add or whatever and she offered to make it new. I received it and tested it and got a burst of a bunch of nerds . And then after that first two drinks there just aren't barely any left in there. And I've taken off the lid and discovered there's absolutely no nerds visible from the top of the cup no matter how much im stirring with my straw. Like y'all, one small scoop of nerds and didn't even mix it up for me? ? I'm just sad and disappointed because man I even tipped $3 on a $1.99 happy hour and I'm just not happy. They should have just given me the nerds to add to the first one..now I have two wasted slushies here because that cherry syrup is so overpowering alone . It's just the fact that I had to come back and y'all still made my drink wrong. Like didn't even attempt to make a proper slush . Not cool at all. But I'd already hopped on the freeway when I realized the nerds were literally running out.
Started a one parking space nobody answered after 5 minutes moved to another same results so I left. I understand being busy, at least acknowledge your customer.
Half of the order-stations out of control and the person that finally came to get my order obviously didn't know her own menu.
Just block off the terminals for ordering that are down with orange cones. It's a little frustrating to pull in just to back out to another one that doesn't work. It's not inviting.Friendly staff and fast service. One of the best customer service oriented.
By far the worst sonic. Everything is broke. The employees are rude. There is a river of cooking oil draining from the dumpster to the ditch. I waited far too long for my food and finally just left. How is this not completely embarrassing for the owner?
This sonic need to fix the stall menus maybe sonic all together needs to find another to have the menus set up cause people who can’t drive keeps running into them
I never write reviews, but this sonic is HORRIBLE. When I say horrible I mean absolutely horrible. The workers are absolutely clueless, slow, and I honestly I could’ve saved myself almost an hour. Waited around 40 minutes. I had to ask for my drinks again just to receive them. Absolutely horrible. Like absolutely tremendously bad.
