Jaylen is always so friendly and hardworking. He gets my smoothie correct every time! He provides exceptional service by giving a prompt greeting and by blending the smoothies perfectly. The GM should allow him to train her on blending the smoothies.On my last visit she gave me a smoothie with chucks of protein powder not blended properly. She needs improvement.This is why I scored 4 instead of 5. Jaylen, thank you for always doing a great job!

Smoothie king on Cantrell west is awesome ? love those employees !! They are nice , always smiling. And we all know that at 7 am sometimes that's a hard task lol ? our staff at kitchens pediatrics love this place
The employees are extremely nice at this location so it really does pain me to give this review. The smoothies simply aren’t made that well at this location for whatever reason, so much so that I’ve actually fully transitioned back to Tropical Smoothie instead. The last two smoothies that I’ve ordered ended up in the trash. One had an off-putting ratio of more whey than fruit while the other had more gritty seeds than anything. Definitely not the Smoothie King that I grew up. I’m afraid I’ve officially fell out of love with Smoothie King.
Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. However, the smoothie taste wasn't the best, especially for the price. The Smoothie King is Dallas is much better!
I love Smoothie King when they ACTUALLY use all of the ingredients that’s included in a smoothie. For months when I’ve ordered the Peanut Power Plus smoothie which includes dates (the fruit) - they do not put it in the smoothie and trust me I CAN TELL. It’s frustrating when I drive way out of my way to get to the only smoothie king there is in town to pay $7 for a smoothie that tastes like bananas and ice when it should be a consistent flavor (or at least have consistent ingredients). However, I found out through an employee after calling them out one time why there were no dates in my smoothie and his response: “oh shoot you could tell?”. Turns out when you blend dates it’s a pain in the butt to clean out the blender (?) or it’s too thick to work with… ok I get that but if that’s the case tell me you won’t put dates in it BEFORE I buy it and I’ll take my money and won’t come back. Don’t try to slide one past me. Won’t work. Come on smoothie king! You’re letting me down here.
