The customer service was good. They were friendly and fast, but the fries were overcooked and cold and the toast was scorched as well. Most likely not coming back for a while.
Food wasn't bad, service wasn't great. Ordered curbside, and waited. Finally saw another car pull up to curbside, and GO IN to get their food. Probably should make that clear when ordering that curbside doesn't mean your food will be brought to you.
Food here is disgusting. Chicken on my sandwich was old and seemed to have been fried more than once and microwaved to hard, rubbery puck. Lettuce was wilted and nasty! Not cheap either, will take my business elsewhere. Looking at all the bad reviews it’s obvious the owner could care less!!
The food was good, but the service was atrocious. It took 27 minutes for them to bring our “fast” food to the table. The dining room was also very dirty.
The RUDEST employees i have ever seen. Waited 10 minutes just at the drive through order. Only one other car there. Was asked three times to wait before ordering. After reaching the window, a "gentleman" in a red hoodie with his underwear out closed the window in my face while I was talking. My order was repeated to me again by another employee and was all incorrect. After reading it back and getting it changed, i arrived home and the entire order was wrong. Waited 25 minutes for ice cold food. The employees are extremely rude. Nobody here actually wants to work. While the line takes 20 plus minutes the employees congregate in the dining hall. Disgusted and can not believe the employees lack of interest. See photos of employees "working" while the line takes forever. Will NOT be going back.
Apparently they think that providing bad customer service is funny? Well I guess I think leaving 1 star reviews for your terrible customer service is funny.Go to the Slim Chickens at Cantrell, they are better than this place. Took two employees to try to get my order done correctly and still failed. Do better, also serve people some fresh food, we dont pay $20 for some chicken and fries that have been sitting under a lamp for half an hour.
Went to the drive thru and it was basically impossible to place my order. I had to repeat it multiple times and they still didn't get my order right. Guy tried to argue with me after words so I just left. Its a shame because usually the food isnt half bad but their customer service is just terrible. Hire people who can understand English

I was so disappointed with the service and food. The fries were cold and the chicken had barely any sauce on it. Would not recommend at all.
I didn't eat here I was a driver but I know the food is good. The drive thru was very busy.
