Food is good, I love their sauces. But sometimes they open later than the business hours posted. Just need to be more organized and open on time
Had to wait 30 minutes just to get our food. We were told to park in the handicap parking and wait for them to bring it out, guess they don’t care to make it easy for people who need these spots. Still waiting...... hopefully the food will come soon. Edited: worth all the waiting.
The menu and food quality are superior in my opinion to the other chicken finger place. That being said, the consistency has been better at the other one. The buttermilk marinade is absolutely necessary to tender pieces of chicken. If it wasn't done you can taste the texture difference 100%
We ordered 3 different drinks. The guy did not mark them correctly. Even after I ask him which was which.He didn't put any straws in our bag.The meal itself was good. A different change. First time having the Mac bowls.
This place is not only better than CFA, but you guys have better service. I understand it's hard for newbies and I got one order error only once. Was a lot of fries. Accidentally gave us the monster size that lasted us till dinner, but hey, we love your food. I'm LGBTQ+, am not religious, but y'all are a blessing. Your practices are better, and you donate to good charities. I haven't seen any controversy and hope it stays that way. Your service has been amazing, even when the drive through was swamped with customers wanting your amazing food. Plus those mason jar desserts? Damn good. And you get to keep the jars to reuse at home! I hope they continue with that. Slim's is so good, and the employees are so nice. I've been in a dine in once and it was nice and clean. Felt safer and more welcoming. I've never had a bad sweet tea from them either. I'm southern, so I judge a place on their sweet tea. Slim's passed! Definitely going back when I can! Me and 3 other people just straight up left the drive through window because the guy taking orders was probably the most rude person I’ve ever spoken to. Won’t be going back if the staff is going to treat their costumers like that.
We went there for a late lunch, 1:30 pm and everything we got was cold and had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. Chicken was dried out and the fries were cold!
This place is horrible!!! The employees are completely incompetent and the food is slopped together and taste terrible...it's probably the management, but a terrible fast food experience!! Yuk!!
I’m not sure what has happened since the summer of 2020, but I’ve had several bad experiences at this restaurant since then. The service was good and food before this time was always hot and fresh. Now it seems like every time I get my food it’s cold or they forget something. I live close by, so the location is convenient.I’m not one to post a review over one incident. This has been over a period of a year and half, and there just continues to be issues when my wife or I visit. We have 4 kids, so we depend on places like this to get the order right the first time. Making another trip to get the dipping sauces, or dressings that were left out this afternoon is inconvenient. Returning home with the dipping sauces to cold chicken and cold soggy fries doesn’t make for a good meal.
