Asked for extra dressing and they made such a big deal about it. This is entirely too much salad for two measly salad dressings provided. Listen, as a customer I am willing to pay extra for what I want. My goodness! You would think a salad dressing would break their bank! Not to mention, I waited forever for my food. Would it have really hurt this establishment that bad to provide extra dressing, even if I paid for it lol
I have my receipt as proof and the cold wrong order. Ordered a meal with grilled tenders, fries , and mac and cheese . A brownie too. Order Id: 3145094502791216. At 10:17pm on 5/01/22. My door dasher brought me a cold box of bone in pieces slathered in extra hot sauce thrown in a box. Not sure why they applied sauce, its always in the side and I didn't order it. I have gastric issues where I can't eat fried food or spicy food. Instead of what I ordered, I received this? It was a disgruntled employee who just threw stuff in a box and then poured fire sauce on it. Just a horrid experience and do not trust their employees who prepare food for public consumption. Hideous experience. No side order either.Whoever made this order should be fired. The place should be shut down for health code violations.
Visit date: 4/22/2022 Came through drive thru. Josh the drive thru person who took my order was friendly and helpful . My tenders were perfect . Another crew even greeted me as I waited for my food. I highly recommend this store and their crew if you want hot food /friendly service .
The chicken sandwich was good, but I just can't get past the price...I guess it's the time we are living in??♀️

I was given the wrong order. I ordered two buffalo ranch chicken sandwiches and was given something else. And because I wasn’t given a receipt, I couldn’t take them back. I will not be returning here because I feel as though that they were too focused on getting the order out instead of trying to make sure that it was the right order.
They refuse to bring your curbside order out to you multiple times, forcing you to go inside in the middle of a public health crisis. They also just keep you waiting so expect your food to be cold.
