The floors are always slippery when you go in. You literally slide around on them. Not safe at all. Slim Chickens get your staff some better decreased. The staff is always incredibly nice. They get 5 stars!
Food is amazing but service is horrible. I had asked the girl at the front desk for a slim salad and she put strawberry salad down .After the kitchen corrected her and I did too she changed it. We then went outside to wait on our order and she came outside and drop all three of my ranch on the floor . Continued to bring my food and turned around and walked away. So I had to go in behind her to go get my ranch since she didn’t say she can bring one back. This isn’t the end .My cousin opens her food and there is chicken strips instead of chicken wings which is what we ordered. I go inside to let her know that we ordered wings instead of chicken strips and she argues with me that it was chicken strips that we had ordered. She got our order wrong from the start . She also turns around and tells the kitchen that we changed our mind and let them know that it was our fault . The least she could’ve done was just fix it .Guys don’t argue with her over some chicken wings . LolFood was great .
So we went through the drive-thru tonight which is June 6th 2022 at 9:45 p.m. and whoever the lady was that was taking the order and it was the same one handing us our food was probably the most unprofessional, rude, tasteless, inconsiderate, sorry excuse for a cashier-slash order taker I've ever encountered in any fast food restaurant in my entire life! I won't ever go back to that location ever again!
our order was wrong.. the drive thru didn't answer US so we had to go inside. I watched a family of 4 get their order before our order for 2 that was made prior. this has happened multiple times a month at Cantrell road location. I m no longer interested.
Never had bad food at this location. Service can sometimes be less than friendly at the front counter, as it was today. The young lady seemed bored and not very friendly. But the lady who brought our food to the table was friendly and cheerful.
I visited this location earlier today and must I say, they did not disappoint! I ordered the chicken and waffles for my daughter and not only was the food fresh, but the customer service was impeccable. The woman at the window was lovely and the young woman that brought my food out was sweet as well. Great job .
The chicken tenders were tasty but, I was disappointed with French fries. They were like cheap frozen ones from the grocery freezer . The employees were friendly and they have good mason jar desserts. Overall , the food doesn't explain the high cost of a kids meal and dessert being 13 dollars and change.
Quick service. Fresh, hot food with good sized portions for the price. Their staff is always super friendly whenever we go in.
Food is great the girl at register needs serious customer service re-training bring on the self service screens... Buttons are not rude and unproffessional
I’m not a biggest fan of slim chickens, but this location is the best one in LR from my experience.The customer service in the drive thru was very friendly and pleasant.The potato salad is ranch based l, which automatically elevated the score. ? ?Not a fan of the gravy dip, but the cayenne ranch was good.Tenders were crispy and juicy, I feel all in all I got my moneys worth. So I would come back again, and I shall.
