The service was sub par at best. She didn't know they had or were out of it. She made me feel like I was bothering her. She gave us the wrong order and was rude.
Great experience good nice curtious people it was fans service great environment was chill and the food was amazing plus they have a large variety of meals to choose from from fish to chicken to pizza puffs slushiest to iced tea it was great i will definitely be dining there again
I called in an order 30 minutes before pick up. When I got there the cashier never sent my order back to the cook. The cashier just shook her shoulders and walked off. Please Do Not spend your money at this Sharks location. They have no Value for customer service.

Their service really sucks every single time I go, i placed a call in order ahead of time, I get there and still have to wait 20 minutes for my food it would be great if they told everyone they don't start cooking the food untill u pay so there's really no need to order ahead, fries wasn't done all the way just horrible service all the way around

They never have a long line, so that’s what the star is for . They only have three flavors of lemonade that’s not including lemonade and they chicken always be over cooked, sadly.

Paid $11 for this. Fries were stale and cold. Suppose to be catfish fillets.
