The food and service here are excellent! I shall be back.
I didn't eat here a friend brought fish for take out. He likes Sharks, me personally I had a terrible experience with some gizzard I brought a while ago and will not go back. The 4 star is on his behalf my experience I would give a 1.
I waited 2 weeks for this caramel cake! It’s usually awesome but this time they ALL TASTED LIKE MOTH BALLS. I was told they don’t do refunds but why should I hv to not be compensated for something that’s inedible!???!!Also, they’re extremely expensive for nothing. They are not good quality like the Shark’s on Markham. Why not just give me my money back?
Absolutely HORRIBLE! Waited 20 minutes on food and the guy that was at the register left and didn’t give me drinks when I was handed my food I asked and he refused. And was very rude and yelling so I politely gave him the food back and asked for a refund. He said we had to come inside when I came inside. He started yelling and cussing me out about waisting his time and put his hand in my face. Then says he will think about giving me a refund. Then I was starting to call the police for a refund and he gave it to me and starting cussing me out through the drive through mic saying we play nice in LR that where I can get hurt! I will NEVER BE BACK AGAIN!
Battered fish sandwich, they tried really hard but the onions were old or something and just thinking about it makes me sick to my stomach. There was just something about it, recommend you keep them off. Would have been great otherwise. Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Haven't seen a fast food place with cooler employees in a really long time. Only reason I decided to come back, plus the french fries were out of this world and I don't even eat french fries like basically ever. But I tried one and ate them all. Very wide menu selection from seafood to Philly cheese steak sandwiches and fried okra. Left credit card there in drive through on second visit, because of this sliding window thing they have you don't realize it's there and busy doing other things. This being on the corner of Roosevelt and Broadway, and it being the last place I thought I would have left it, 48 hours later I went back and asked and there it was. They held on to it along with what he said were quite a few others just that day, and was just really cool about it. It made my night. Too bad our neighborhood kind of forces them to have that kind of drive-thru window, they can't like reach out and hand you the card back so it's easy to get distracted but it keeps them safe. The fried catfish very good, being fried it's nothing greasy like Captain D's or whatever. A very different experience but enjoyable. Only took one star off because of the fish sandwich, those onions i think gave me onion PTSD. I think I can smell them now, or the taste of them. Oh well, it may not be their fault, possibly supplier or just that particular onion. Anyway if you're doing fast food or downtown and need a place to eat that is open till I think midnight or at least 11 and want something different than burgers and a friendly fast experience, give em a visit!
I went through the drive through about 2 weeks ago. I noticed the guy continued to stare out of the window. I ordered a 6 piece wing lunch special. The wings were extremely tiny, and they were very dark as if they were refried. They seem shady at this particular location. I'm wondering if he was trying to find the right person to pass those bad wings on. I notice some reviews will mention them treating customers differently. I don't trust them and I don't plan to visit again.
The chicken wasn't seasoned, and the fries were cold. This was the first and last time I will visit this location.
A waste of time and money coming to this place!! Horrible Service. Tell a person to pull over and wait 15mins for Fish that wasn't Freshly Fried.. Only yo say SORRY

I didn't get what I ordered! I ORDERED COMBO CATFISH NUGGETS, W/ CHICKEN TENDERS. I wasn't told that they were out of the Catfish nuggets until after I paid, and waited in drive thru line for over 10 minutes! I CHECKED MY FOOD. Not what I ordered! I was given what they had available!.. 1 Catfish fillet, and 2 small chicken tenders, large stale salty fries for $ 15.75. Apparently they are low on food, and needed to get rid of old food! The fillet tasted old & stale. Looked like 1 chicken tenders broken in half to make 2. Ridiculous!!!I asked for my money back, manager working that day said No! No refunds!Lucky for me I used my major Credit card.I will dispute charge with my card company.This place is dishonest! And don't have much food! Don't go to this location on Broadway & Roosevelt Rd!!!! NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION ON BROADWAY & ROOSEVELT, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS...Poor management, dishonest, & OLD STALE SALTY FOOD!!!
