Worst customer experience ever! Received my order for 4 from door dash! Opened it up and it was completely wrong. Called them up and told them. They asked "what do you want us to do about it"? I said you need to make it right. Well I had to drive the 15 minutes to bring it back and get my order. I asked for some kind of comp for the trouble and the older gentleman said no way and started raising his voice at me as tho I did something wrong. The girl working the front was so embarrassed she handed me a piece of cake. Older guy told me to leave. Ha! Won't be back.
My food was so fresh tonight and great customer service experience they were originally out of red beans and rice but made me some and there was a spider on my window and the drive through lady killed it for me ! They were all nice ?
One of my fav locations...they're not greedy like the other ones if you get a big meal you actually get to pick your two sides instead of them trying to force you to eat something you might be allergic...instead of overcharging you to change your sides like the other locations
I order grilled tilapia with onions and bell peppers (which is not on the menu) but they kindly made it for me. I must say it was SO GOOD so I had to write a review! I wish it was on the menu so more people could experience this fantastic dish! I also got the banana pudding cake, which was great as well. I will definitely be back for more grilled tilapia. I was so happy to go to a restaurant where they actually SEASON the dang meat That fish and chicken was so good, I almost cried ?? Living in Florida in a specific neighborhood where they don’t use salt or seasonings can take an effect on a person after 9 yrs ?
Terrible location. They NEVER give you the ranch you pay extra for. Never!! Also, I just ordered cheese sticks and only two of them had cheese. I’ve gave you enough chances. Y’all just flat out suck.
I'm not sure what was wrong today with the cook. But my buffalo wings were not fresh,my fries were old and all my bread was hard. Y'all also gave me the end pieces of the bread. Just rude. Get it together
Gyros are very good. Cashiers consistently struggle with getting the total right. They struggle with making change with cash. And on a number of occasions, I've pronounced them "yee-rows" like the Greek pronounce them. They're not grasping the hints. But bottom line. The food is good. That's why you're there.
I went when it wasn't as busy, the service was great had to wait a little while for my food but it was hot and fresh
Good food but took almost 30 minutes of sitting in the parking lot before I received my order. Love that they serve catfish steaks, not just fillets. I much prefer steaks but most restaurants fail to serve them any more. Shark's sides are tasty too, including creamy Mac and cheese and crispy fried okra. Cordial servers, and the price of lunch specials is just $6.99.
