Love going to Shake's as a special treat, especially the oatmeal cookie dough concrete. Recently my favorite mix-in has changed, taste and texture of more raw oats than cookie dough. Extremely disappointing when you think you're getting a treat and receiving something more akin to a granola bar. The custard is still silky smooth, will try a different mix-in next time.

We were at the window and one of the staff members said well I’ll just make you something special. She asked my daughter what all she liked and made her a combination of her custard order and shaved ice order. My daughter thought that was the coolest thing ever and she really liked it. So now we make special trips all the way from Conway just to get her special ice cream. :)
Great place for a variety of frozen deserts with a relaxed old fashioned vibe. We usually park under the canopy and enjoy our treats with the windows down.

I ordered The Bopper. Well, I am not impressed. It is not pretty as the picture. Even though, it does taste very good. But I expect the employees do better job on making it pretty as the picture.
The ice cream is fabulous but waiting in line for more than 30 minutes before you can place your order is totally ridiculous. Once in line you can't do nothing but wait because you are trapped in their driveway.They need to make it bigger. Most people won't want to wait in the line. It makes me think they do it on purpose for you to wait with no choice for you to get out of there.
Best place ever ? I live about 20 minutes away but the drive is worth it everytime. Employees are always friendly, the custard is ? Been fighting with myself trying not to get any for the last 3 days because I know I don't need it. But I might just have to cave soon ?
Absolutely delicious triple berry concrete, full of berries, well mixed and refreshing on a warm day. Will definitely go back!
Way better than sonic, I like the Leroy Brown weird name, but it’s so good. it has a real brownie in it with peanut butter and it is amazing.
