Samurai is one of my favorite place to go. I'm giving you all a 4 star today because the waiter over charge us 95$. Of course he was a new employee and I understand that but you still have to watch those type of things.
The food is okay, but the service is horrible! Any other hibachi place is going to be better, because it doesn’t get worse than here! Only the chef was polite. An entire table of people in different groups were all treated poorly.
I have been going here for many years, they have never disappointed me. The food is good. Customer service is good. I definitely would recommend Samurai!!!
I visited this restaurant today for lunch. The initial hostess was BEYOND RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL..JUST PLAIN UNKIND. The food was okay, but the initial interaction with the staff made enjoying the food most difficult. People don't pay good money to be disrespected.
The food here is really good and the staff is really nice and fast paced, the only thing I have against this place is the customers!! They are so rude and mean to the staff for no reason for example I went here two days ago and a teenager was about to fight a staff member because they didn't have Kool aid!! But the staff were professional and calm about it and resolved it
Our family of 3 went for lunch after church. We arrived at 1:50 and told it would be 40 minutes. Everyone behind us were told they were no longer seating for lunch. We waited the 40 min. At 2:30 they told us that they had miscounted and we could have the food cooked in the back and brought to our table or we would have to come back at 5. This does not set well with me. We came for my son’s 16th birthday and came for the experience. Not to have the food cooked in the back and brought to an uncomfortable booth. Not a happy customer.
Went there Saturday night and loved it the staff was friendly and food was perfect We will definitely be back this beats Benihana any day
I was there on my birthday 01-07. Hubby took me first time for everything. I enjoyed it until you have to pay $9.00 for a ? roll 2 second happy birthday. I said really it's not worth it.Those are ppl that was setting around us I don't know them at all.
The monster roll and combination steak and shrimp fried rice are great options. We picked our food up to go and appreciated the staff wearing masks to protect their customers. My family is looking forward to sitting in again when it's safe. The chef experience was always memorable.
