We stopped here for lunch while in Little Rock for a doctor's appointment and it was our first time trying it. Both the service and food were awesome! Our waitress (I think her name was Annie) was super knowledgeable and offered great suggestions for us to try. Definitely recommend!
Placed a to-go order in-store and they brought it out to my car. Got home and half the order wasn’t there. Called 7 times and the phone rang for more than 10 minutes. Drove back to the restaurant and pulled up my bank statement showing the date, time and amount I paid less than an hour before. I didn’t ask for a refund- just wanted the missing items that I paid for. She tried to look up my order in the system but couldn’t find it even though I pulled up the charge in my banking app and showed her the exact amount charged to my card. I could see on her computer the amount of each purchase displayed so I know that information was accessible. She told me they wouldn’t give me my missing food (2 sides of fried rice and a side of shrimp - like I’m really going to scam them over that) since they couldn’t find my receipt. The woman who (did not actually) help me was the same woman who brought the food to my car.Best part is while I was there waiting on her to find my receipt, two customers called and were upset about orders and she did nothing to help and ended the conversation by CHUNKING the phone down on a table. Seems mistakes, terrible customer service, and zero responsibility is a pattern ? I ended up leaving because that food was not worth wasting more of my time.Definitely understand mistakes being made because we are humans and that’s life. But the absolute lack of responsibility or desire to fix THEIR mistakes is baffling to me. See picture attached of my receipt ☺️
Service was quick. Sushi was good, but I’d definitely more Americanized than traditional sushi. If that is what you are looking for, then it’s a good fit; however, if you’re searching for a more authentic sushi I’m not sure this is the right spot for you! It was rather expensive, too.
Not sure how this place slipped under my radar, but it is great! The sushi truly is praise worthy and the environment is definitely....rock and roll. The food was great for sure but the alcohol selection is very limited and left me disappointed after hearing they had a bar. But still great food none the less.
So my son and I had a guys day. Baseball games and eating sushi! We wanted to try this location since one is coming to conway.We came in around 2:45pm. The staff was very friendly. We ordered our assortment of foods. We only had a few mins of waiting till the first things arrived.Brax enjoyed his steak rice bowl although his biggest critique was it had a little to much soy sauce in the rice.He enjoyed the wontons and several bites of the sushi also.The sushi was good and flavorful and fresh. We like spicy so all the rolls we ordered had spicy tuna In it. I wish they had a better selection of raw fish rolls, most were fried or baked. But none the less the food was good.we will definitely be waiting on the conway location to open soon.
The rolls weren't consistent. Like we ordered the same roll twice in the same visit and the second was noticeably smaller. The waitress not not very attentive even though there was only three other people in the restaurant. It's good for a quick sushi fix but I wouldn't plan a special outing to this location.
I don't eat sushi but I like the Hibachi meals. After eating here, I eat sushi now but only from here...lol. I can't have anyone else letting me down. Not only was the food delicious, service was excellent. Our waitress (gotta do better remembering names) was excellent. She was polite, informative and made sure we were taking care of. For all the people that have never tried sushi or don't want to try sushi, give this place a try! You won't be disappointed
Everything we got was awesome. The only complaint I have is that the curbside delivery didn't work and we ended up having to go inside to get our order. Highly recommend this place.
