Best fast food place ever respectful good customer service amazing always hot in fresh definitely recommend this place
They over charged my credit card. No one is answering the phone. Food was good. I suggest you pay with cash and make sure you get a RECIEPT. I will definitely avoid this location the next time I'm come to visit.Update: Problem resolved, for that I give them 5 stars.
Waited 2 hours for a doordash order. Pulled me around to the parking lot. The cook kept turning around and mouthing through the window then would turn around and clean then turn around staring and mouthing something else. People were just flat out rude and slow.
There is no checkers/rally’s near Dallas “I” haven’t had them in near 2 years and I finally get to one and they are out of what I came for. THENNNNNN I spoke to the little blk girl being cordial to her and I guess folks in Little Rock aren’t cordial with each other acted all surprised and weird that I said “hello how is your day and thank you. I guess it is against “life” to be cordial kind and respectful to “your own kind” maybe I’m supposed to act “hard, ‘mug’ and be ‘gangsta’ to my own kind” smh
We thought they were closed because there weren't any cars in the lot, but they were open in the drive through. My exchange student said it was her favorite burger on her whole exchange year so far!
I used to work here when I lived in town and it was so good. Service and food quaint has declined a lot over the years.
The sign says dinning room open, which it is not. Than I walk up to the pickup window they look at you and walk away. So I ordered on app it says be ready in 10 minutes. So I than walk to drive through window and they walk away having standing there a little. She walks back opens window and says we can't take orders here. Which I know but only place I can get them to answer. She comes to window and tells me they are out of one thing. I have now been waiting over 40 minutes. Update manager came out and was very polite. He did great job
Typical fast food burger joint. Nothing special. Waited in line at the drive-thru for what seemed to be 10-12 minutes. Asked for only Mustard and they put mustard/mayo/ketchup on it. It was the average fast food meal.
Cheeseburgers were missing cheese and barely warm. Sandwich also had no lettuce on it. Service was SLOW and not very friendly. I won't be back anytime soon. Wasted money.
While Rally's is know for having some of the best fries and food, the customer service always sucks, and they tend to tell you your price and to " pull foward" before you can complete your order. I can't be the only person who's been annoyed by this, and I wish the employees would undergo some kind of public relations class or something. If it wasn't for me being worried about them doing something to my food, I'd likely cuss them out.
