Used drive through. Super fast ans surprisingly friendly. The chicken sandwich was hot, juicy and tons of flavor.Gotta to be the biggest piece if chicken for $4 EVER!
The woman that identified herself as the manager could use some PR training as she doesn’t know how to talk to customers. I was trying to understand why my reward wasn’t being honored and she informed me that the store didn’t honor online orders . The order I picked up was an online order ?
I ask for 2 legs and a thigh and they gave me breast and wings. I was not coming back because it’s was time for my daughter to be in bed and she has not ate. I refuse to give this place business after today. This is the 2nd time they have gotten my order wrong. I have to find something for my daughter to eat. Manager cussing on the phone as well.
The workers at this location are always nice and friendly, I pass by a Popeyes to go to this one because the food and service are constantly great.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Associates act as though they are doing you a favor for waiting on you. No smiles no Thank you and never get my order right. This will be my last visit to this establishment. Will use the Markham location even though it’s 8 miles away vs 2 miles.
I have been in line for over a hour why this men is eating on the clock and nobody taking our order the women I’m guessing she’s a manager says she got a 500 order thru drive thru so she can’t take our order , very rude she’s a short manager with a fro , she got people eating in the kitchen on duty very unprofessional, a lady in line asked about if she had someone taking our order she said if we want faster service to go thur drive thru !! This is very unsanitary to have this man eating while making food ! I wish I could give this a 1 star I would be calling corporate.
Always very good food & great employees! But FYI it seems as if they have changed the macaroni and cheese. I just thought that it's not the same as it used to be and you should be aware that in case you don't like the way they make it now. I think they make it now? But excellent food anyway! thank you 4 reading my review have a great day
This has to be the slowest popeye's I have ever been to. Cost was 6.64 gave the guy a 5 dollar bill a one dollar bill six dimes and 4 penny's and he had to count it 3 times to figure out how much I gave him. I was in the drive through over 25 minutes and there were only 3 people in front of me.
The food was great, the guy in the drive thru window was quite rude. Then, when I pulled to the window to pay, he began complaining about his boss who had just pulled into the parking lot and speaking quite lowly of her.
I hate the manager here. She’s definitely r4cist and here’s why. She picks and chooses who gets more hours and who works with what section. She’s very picky and doesn’t give clear instructions to the workers. And just doesn’t get along with all her with her coworkers. Just don’t work there if you happen to have darker skin because she will treat u like dirt. Manager if you read this I hope you find in your heart not to be a gigantic horse-face gremlin towards your workers. The chicken sandwiches are pretty delicious btw
