Absolutely pathetic!!!!Every time I go there the dinning room is closed! Drive in only! How the hell are you supposed to eat greasy fried chicken in the car???All this started with the "Plandemic" and is still going on! Popeyes can keep their greasy chicken!
Had to wait forever to get my food. I was told to park and it still took about 12-15 minutes to get 1 sandwich and 1 side of rice.
This location is currently drive through only. I waited in line for about five minutes, while only advancing a couple of cars in the queue. My estimate was that the wait time would have been about 15 minutes, so I left before ordering - this is not FAST food.
I have not eaten at this location in a while. The service had been garbage and the food has been equal to that. Tonight 3/13 at 5 pm. Service was top notch and food was chefs kiss.
Watched the employees handling food with no gloves, including what appeared to be the manager. Chicken tenders were not tender, cooked so much you couldn’t bite into them!
Two of the last three times I have come here the sauce containers have had holes in them from workers’ fingernails… seems a little gross to me. The last several times I have been here they’ve gotten my order wrong too, which I wouldn’t care about if they didn’t take 10 minutes to bring it to my car and if they didn’t leave half the order out. Poorly run establishment, end of story. I would be embarrassed to say that I own or manage this establishment.
Nice staff, drive thru was quick and the food is as ordered and good.
This place has serious serious issues. They are rude. They don't accept the coupons that every other Popeyes takes. They have actually have had the audacity to give me a coupon on my receipt at this place and then not take the coupon back when I did the survey and turned it in. do yourself a favor and go to the Popeyes on Bowman and markham.
Service was slow and a chicken was not hot but the Mac and cheese was so good. Biscuit were not warm. I gave a 4 star because the young man that took my order was so polite and quickly apologized for my wait.
Terrible experience with drive through. My order number 57 for 1 classic chicken sandwich was made at 11:39am. I was told it wasn't ready, please park for 6 minutes. Never got the sandwich till 12 noon! To add insult to injury, they served 2 people that were behind me in line before they finally brought the sandwich and didn't even put a single napkin with it! I will never return here!
