Their floors at dinning area was slick...Danny Yankie fell and I told them he fell and they never put signs out or checked then I told another person then their floors are slick and he fell and she then came out their and said well they had cleaned the grout lines and that maybe what it was ...DANNY went to men's bathroom and came out and said the floors in their are SLICKER than here .. they finally put sign on floor saying wet floors but NO ONE EVER ASKED OR TALKED TO DANNY ABOUT HIS FALL..OR SAID ANYTHING TO HIM AND THEIR WAS A CUSTOMERS...FEMALE who saw him fall..as well ..And their chicken is way to crunchy fried with no meat hardly..it was awfulLousy service all the way around..and uncaring ...perhaps we should sue after the fall
Always hot but they always don't have what you want. It's either we just have legs and breasts and only have mashed potatoes. They are usually out of Mac and cheese and Cajun rice.I have experienced this on 2 separate occasions.
If I could give them a million zeros I would! I ordered a 12 pc family meal and got someone else’s food. I called the store and whoever this young lady was…her attitude was bigger than she probably is..she was rude, nasty and very unprofessional and this was about 8mins ago.
Potato's were runny, Mac n cheese tasted old and the person at the window was looked like texting on their phone and handed me my food without saying anything and got mad when I asked for bbq sauce like I was stopping then from texting.....
Ordered on line still waited 20 min for pies

I am not sure what happened, but my chicken was so crunchy that the insides were dry, and almost chewy. Also, the biscuits were not as buttery as they normally are, and don't get me started on the red beans and rice. I dumped them onto a plate, and I probably got a 1/4 cup of beans (if that much), and the rest was all rice. I had to add a little water to them just to make it edible, and even then it was still dry. Needless to say, I did not enjoy my order at all, and I wasted $40 for nothing!
Place sucks,dinning room is always closed with gas prices almost $4.00 they want you to wait in line at the drive thru
This Popeyes is terrible the put old chicken back inna grease and tried to tell it was fresh chicken. First they got mad an told me aggressively it was 25 min wait on spicy not knowing I worked at Popeyes and it takes 12 mins to cook
