If I could rate zero stars, I would. I went to this location and ordered a 8pc nugget meal. I requested that the food be made fresh to order. When I received my food, I immediately noticed that it wasn’t fresh or decently warm. I requested fresh food and I was told that the food was made not long ago and that it was good for 30 minutes. The food was hardly warm and you could tell it had been sitting for a while. I was given a replacement. However, the replacement was worst than the first order. The chicken nuggets were undercooked and cold and the biscuit was hard, as if it was microwaved on high. I went to the drive-thru and politely informed him that I did not receive fresh food and that the food was undercooked. The Hispanic male I spoke to had a very combative and rude attitude with me. He asked me very rudely if I wanted to wait 12 minutes after I had already waited for fresh food two times around. I politely told him I could not wait an additional 12 minutes after the hassle up to this point. He rudely says, give me your receipt and your food and proceeds to give me a refund. I am sharing my experience because I have never experienced this kind of rude and unprofessional customer service anywhere to this degree. I will not bring my hard earned money to this food chain and be treated this way again. That was unacceptable.
Great customer service. Always polite and professional and fast. But the chicken place that runs out of chicken wings? If they sell out and that's because people love them so buy more and if that's out of the stores control because of some shortage then that's not the store's fault. But it's funny to go to Popeye's and be told we don't have chicken LOL.
Long wait time but all staff were working hard to get orders out as quickly as possible and everything was fresh. Manager was running the registers and had handled an unsatisfied customer's complaint very professionally
Staff was very polite but chicken nuggets were dry and not very good at all ended up giving them to my dogs
Amazing staff and food. Highly recommend the frozen strawberry lemonade, though it may be a little sweet its not too sour. Chicken was delicious, so was the Mac-n-cheese, Cajun fries, and coleslaw
I ordered the fish sandwich and it was a long piece of hair cooked in my sandwich! Just disgusting. I called the store 3 times and no one answered. I will not eat at any Popeyes ever again. Horrible experience and sickening.
They lost a regular customer. I usually order with the law enforcement discount when I’m in uniform. Today, they only gave me a senior discount.
Halal boned chicken is fried in the same oil as the non-halal chicken. They should also have more options for halal food. People who eat halal food should have the same meal options as people who do not eat halal food.

The food was hot and delicious and the customer service was actually good! Considering how busy they were I was very pleasantly surprised!
