Wonderful food and excellent service!! I spoke to the manager, Mark, at the Cantrell store. He was really swell and very kind to to this 'old man'. I recommend this particular location to everyone! Very generous people at the Cantrell road Popeye's!
Food is always great and service is always terrible.
So disappointed with this store (Sore 4643). Customer service was not that good but the worst was with the food. I ordered the shrimp special. The had to cook some so that took awhile, then she ask for the fries. They had to cook those so I stated why didn’t they put them on at the same time , now the shrimp is going to get cold. She stated it hold only take another 3 or do minutes. Well I checked and sure enough tHe shrimp was cold. She just looked at me and walked away. Well then when I get home there is NO Biscuit in the box and it is listed on my ticket. That is really the best thing. Most likely I will not be back. I hate rude customer service or in this case NO customer service.

So today I was kind of disappointed with the customer service I received. I did a online order for the $8.99 special (the pic isn't accurate but it's to give an idea) which came with 5pc chicken 2 sides and 2 biscuits. Now it doesn't specify that you have to get just white or just dark. So when I got to the store my order wasn't ready just yet, so cambert (not sure how to spell it but he is one of the managers) asked me what I was needing to order and I told him my name, and he started to pack it up. I politely asked if I could get that dark meat (since there wasn't any specifications online) he said no not on the promotion (it was his tone that I didn't like). So the next issue I ran into is when I asked if I could get about 10 packs of honey (I like honey on my chicken and biscuits). He said I can give you four but will have to charge you for the rest (it was the tone of his voice once again). I didn't mind paying for honey but the way mangers speak to customers is kind of ridiculous honestly. The whole thing could've been stated differently but unfortunately it wasn't. I like to leave positive reviews instead of negative ones. The only other bad review I have is that the fries tasted kind of old, but everything else was pretty decent. So I hope no one else goes through this experience and if so just speak up so you can be heard.

We weren't able to go inside to eat as planned even though they advertised being open for dine in. Not sure what that is about.
Going through the drive thru, we got rushed when even when there wasn’t a single other person there. Then they shoved my whole order into a tiny bag and squished it all.I have ordered delivery a few times and 2/3 times they left out part of my order.
Ordered online when I Arrived they didn't even have the right stuff in the bag very rude workers
