I never take the time to leave reviews, but this was one of the most disappointing dining visits I’ve ever had. The staff was the very opposite of hospitable, there was zero sense of urgency, everything was messy, they were out of several options despite just opening for the day, the soda machine was broke, when I went to the counter to ask for the things I was missing no one even acknowledged I was standing there for 10 minutes, bathrooms were clearly not receiving maintenance, and the list just goes on. I’ve never seen a restaurant so poorly managed. I understand staffing is hard and they were busy but this went beyond a long wait, management should be doing everything differently.
Employees are rude, and even had one tell another employee that I was a crazy bi**h for no reason. Mgr was to busy to address the issue. Didn't realize there was a time frame to place a order. It took me 5 minutes...
The popcorn shrimp is good. Don't know why they discontinued the tackle box. It was my favorite. The drive up order system is really bad. The voice of the person taking your order is muffled. I was advised they had it worked on. Please install a new system. It's very frustrating. The young man at the window was very nice.
Okay, we’ll you have to be craving Popeyes to be willing to put up with the drive thru and drive thru speaker which is unquestionably the worst speaker of any drive thru I have ever been through. The apple pies though will remind you of apple pies from McDonald’s when you were a kid and have to highly recommend them.
Order was placed and received accurately and within timely manner. Food tastes consistent, great job!
Only good if you don’t care about your time. 40 min and counting for a simple chicken sandwich in the drive through.
I took my family to the Popeye's on Markham and placed a drive thru order for a 10 piece family meal. 10 assorted chicken and 2 sides. For many reasons we check our order prior leaving. We noticed there were 9 pieces rather than 10 so we asked for the 10th one. I had to count the chicken to the person to prove that in fact, it was their mistake, not ours. After they COMPLETED the order, we left to eat. After we got home I noticed some of the chicken was undercooked and bloody!People, if you don't care about your job at least to a minimum, work somewhere your incompetence won't make people sick!!
Drive through wasn't very easy to understand.. was a bit of a wait even in the drive through. Food itself though was good & order was correct
Food was good, but did not get the food as ordered. Was the employees first day. A little nervous and confused, but apologetic and got it done.
Popeyes is our favorite chicken place. No disappointment here. 16 pieces hit the spot for our party of 9.
