Having traveled away from New Orleans i can confirm that the farther from Louisiana you get the less likely you'll be happy with your Popeyes.

Popeyes is my favorite place to dine . Those 7 herbs and spices are so hard to resist. I done here maybe 3 times a week. Will always eat at Popeyes. Best chicken in the world to me!!!

I love Popeye’s but the service was bad and the food even worse. Straws handed to us by hand with no wrappers… no gloves used. Ugh! Handling money at the drive thru then handed me our straws. I am supposed to put the straw in my mouth after God knows where it has been, but knowing for sure the workers hands touched the straw where I would be drinking…gross. Very unsanitary, especially during a pandemic.We asked for Cajun Sparkle, it truly is the star of the show!! Sparkle makes everything taste better!!! They handed me salt & pepper. I again asked for Cajun Sparkle and he didn’t know what that was. I request that he ask someone else, then he said they don’t have any in the store. I ordered a gallon of sweet tea, but they couldn’t give it to me.The worst part was that I ordered chicken tenders and they came out with the chicken slightly pink and slimy. It had been VERY lightly cooked. Because I was in the car and had no idea it was undercooked, I dipped them in BBQ and it had a fish-like texture and I couldn’t really tell what I was eating … was it fish or chicken…. I could not identify what they gave me so I turned on the overhead light and saw undercooked chicken. We didn’t end up eating anything else that we ordered. Our faith in the food being safe was 100% gone. After spending over $40 for our family meal and chicken tender meal… we ate cold cereal when we got home. Unacceptable doesn’t cover it…it was unsanitary and should not even be open if they can’t make the food safe & edible and store and utensils sanitary.I will continue to be one of Popeye’s biggest fans, but I won’t eat at this location any time soon.

I've ordered from this Popeyes enough times to say confidently that they are always fresh, and get my order right. Occasionally the sweet tea is a little underwhelming. The closest thing I'd have to a complaint is the one sport for coleslaw only in our family meal. And the handfuls of hot sauce instead of ketchu I for the fries. But honestly... I'm not really complaining. Single use plastics are a waste. It was awesome I have to wait about an hour for my food I forgot my fries and had to go back to Jim and I kept telling him I was number 62 in Lake else and they didn't have my chickens to them telling me they don't have a heavyweight I just didn't like it 0 what do napkins paper in the floor
I ordered a breast and leg, got a thigh and leg. Called store to let them know. Phillip and Steven said I have to bring back the food in order to replace it. Smdh. I’m home at this point. Poor customer service. Food taste nasty.
