Good was good customer service was poor. The cook took my card at window, made a drink for herself, the girl that took my order I could here her talking about whatever she was talking about, the manager was handling the front. The girl that took the order handed it to me as if it was a grab and pull off. Terrible customer service but the food was on point
I came in for a quick meal with my kids. They greeted me and I started my order with a young cashier who seemed to struggle with the register but she was being sweet and apologetic. The person bagging food was a middle aged black woman who was being very abrasive. I noticed they rang up the wrong thing, and repeated my order. The older employee was fussing at me that it didn't matter what was rang up because she would give me the right food. But the total was very high. I said but I don't want to pay more than what I am ordering. She got upset and was yelling that she didn't want to do a void. I said, but I don't want to pay more than I owe. So I paid the bill which seemed extremely high. Asked for receipt. It was rung up as 4 kids meals instead of 2 and more expensive meals than what I ordered. So now I needed the manager for a refund. Now the aggressive employee was slamming stuff, rolling her eyes and fussing. The manager apologized and said she couldn't refund to my card, so she gave me cash refund instead. I was saying this is not right to have your employee yelling at customers just because they don't want to pay for stuff they didn't get. She came and apologized saying she would fire her but she couldn't say much because she was short staffed. She explained she was new management trying to weed out poor employees but needed the bad employees for bow. I said but I am not here to get people fired. I just wanted a meal and to pay what's fair. I was fine and then that employee stared making fun of me to the next customers who were shaking their heads, muttering "white people", since they hadn't actually seen the whole issue. The manager seemed very embarrassed but not authoritative and didn't take the employee aside or stop her from yelling. She seemed very intimidated by this awful employee. This employee also then came thru the dining room where we were eating with my two young kids and stared muttering and slamming chairs in and scowling at us. Never again will I go here. Employee should have been at least sent home or pulled aside for a discussion.
Took my coworker there for lunch the other day and we went to the drive-thru and he got the biggest chicken breast he ever seen in one of the boxes he was happy.
Just order Uber eats and spent almost $60 just to get the wrong food. I called in the nicest way trying to handle my problem but I get out on hold for 15+ minutes and all I hear is laughing in the background. Completely unprofessional! I will be calling corporate as soon as I wake up .
It's Popeyes Chicken! The food here is delicious! I love their crispy fried chicken and biscuits! You can never ever go wrong with buying and eating Popeyes Chicken. Eat them when it's newly cooked and hot.

Could NOT hear the person on the microphone in the drive through, even with my engine turned off. Once we got to the window, we were met with horrible service, no conversation or interaction with the people in the store. I’m assuming the person who took our order is the one we met at the window, because her microphone was up by her eye. We took our bag of food and drove less than a mile to an rv park we are staying at. Once we got back to the park, we figured out that we were short changed half of our order. Since we received such horrible customer service, we opted to not go back. This may actually be one of the last times we go to a Popeyes.
Side of red beans and rice in a tiny cup that wasn't full. it was maybe a tablespoon! food quality inconsistent at best. flounder fish sandwich so greasy
So I must admit that I am addicted to fried chicken. I absolutely live this location. I have never gotten a bad order from here. The staff is always polite and courteous. The food is always hot and fresh. I purchased the $6.00 big box. The Mac n cheese is oh so good and u there frozen strawberry lemonade mixed is EVERYTHING. I REALLY love their professionalism and efficiency.
I went yesterday through the drive thru and my food was horrible. I ordered a tender meal and the tenders were hard and cold. The fries were also hard. I won't be going back anytime soon.
