The female manager was very unprofessional, voided out my entire order because their system had a outdated number on file, but my delivery address was completely the same, dated four months back the same. So my children and I starved that day.
The pan crust was thin and very dry. All toppings were on the center of the pizza and the amount of each topping was very small. Nothing on the edges. The sauces and wings were also missing from my order.
There is a GIANT pothole in the drive thru, which is the only way to get your food. Got my pizza home to find someone else’s pizza, then when I went back and got my pizza, was missing bacon and extra cheese. Wasted my time and gas twice, probably won’t be back
Food was hot and fresh this time..Wish all delivery people was as nice as he was.
Usually, good pizza but this time order was wrong and pizza was cold and burnt.
In the hospital for a month, first pizza and had it delivered there. Fresh, still hot and really good.
Literally never have any issues out of this Pizza Hut I ordered delivery frequently and just ordered again this evening it’s hot and fresh and the driver was super friendly I requested “leave at door” so he walked away from the door but still waited for me to grab my food very nice guy ! Love this Pizza Hut I do recommend
Pizza Hut is definitely my top choice for takeout pizza. It's reasonably priced, the sides and desserts are an added bonus (those fries are awesome)
Calling corporate, they called the cops on me while I was waiting on my lyft ride back to the hotel no signs saying lobby closed. Also bought pizza, but doors open.
Took 1.5 hours for one pizza and an order of hot wings. When we got the order the pizza was cold and there were no hot wings. Employee said they would take care of us. 30 minutes later, they delivered cold wings. Wow. Thanks for taking great care of us. ?
