Rude rude rude customer service at this Pizza Hut. I do not appreciate the attitude nor the eye roll when I ask what the holdup is on my pizza that I ordered almost 2 hours ago at the time.
Not too long ago, I ordered a pie and was double charged on my account. Turns out half of the double was returned to the bank.But today I ordered 2 large pies, and noticed two different box sizes when it got home. After opening both and having a couple slices, it hit me, why do I have different sized Large pizzas? Look at the attached picture, tell me what you think.
These are the nicest workers I have ever met! They always accommodate me and are super friendly! Would definitely recommend!
I ordered 2 thin crust pizzas. Got home opened the boxes to 2 very dry pizzas...very little sauce or cheese. Pizzas looked like they had sat out for a couple of days. Called the store. The kid who answered the phone was very nice and apologized. Spoke with the manager who NEVER apologized and even sarcastically asked if anything was wrong with the chicken alfredo too. Manager said I have to order extra sauce and cheese. I told him I just wanted the sauce and cheese that was supposed to be on it!! He did offer to make the pizzas over but I wasn't getting back out in the cold. So he offered a credit. I will have to buy something but NO more pizza. Manager needs to take a course in customer service. I should have went to Little Ceaser's like I usually do!!
Made a mistake a pushed this location that brought me waaaaaaay out here then ended up having to wait but was given a credit so next time I'll have to go waaaaay up but the young girl lol was a sweetheart ❤
The pizza was great and for the first time they got our order right!
I ordered ahead of time. It was hot, fresh and delivered exactly at the time requested. Driver was fantastic, very friendly

The pizzas were hot and tasted good! The person at the window was super nice too.
The pizza was not done. The edges for over 2 inches did not have sauce, cheese, or toppings. Unusual for this location. Very dissappointed.
