Extremely overpriced. $18 for a small cup of soup and a sandwich. The sandwich didn’t even have that much meat on it. Half of it was bread with no meat. Wont be going back here again.
Food was good. However, I wish there was table service. It's difficult to carry your food items from their kitchen to your table without trays or cart to assist.
I had no idea how affordable Panera bread was! I’ve been missing out on their delicious vegan bagels for years and didn’t even know it! The staff at this location is wonderfully welcoming and cordially accommodating. I’ve been able to purchase avocado slices for my bagels which is always filling and a great plant-based option. I’ve asked for milk and they were happy to substitute almond milk for regular cows milk. This is a lovely location, thank you for being so hospitable!
First time at Panera Bread, and last! Ordered two sandwiches to go. Was given a "pager" and told it would be about 15 to 20 min. After 30 min. I returned to the desk and was asked if I had been waited on yet. Informed the clerk I had been waiting 30 min. She then went to the to go area and grabbed a bag that had been sitting there for awhile and asked me my name. It was my order and she looked at the pager and informed me that it was not working. Get the bag and drive home to find out there was only one sandwich in the bag but it had 2 bags of chips. Returned to Panera Bread and was given a poor apology and nothing else. Got money back and will never return to any Panera Bread! Worst customer service I have ever had!
The service here was incredible. From the initial order to receiving the food. A gentleman by the name of Mr. Aaron made sure we got everything we needed from taking the plates for us to helping my Fiancée pour and bag up her to go chili. It was just an overall amazing experience. Mr. Aaron thank you and sir I hope you get a raise for the exceptional service and kindness you show. God bless and have a great day.
This Panera bread is awful. The staff is rude and disrespectful. I approached one of the the workers at the pickup area that the drinks on their machine were flat—ALL OF THEM. What does this worker do? She looks at me but doesn’t acknowledge me and then turns and calls someone else. We were there eating with flat drinks waiting the entire time for them to change the machine. While we were eating, all of the workers were either on their phones or sitting and talking. I’m sure if we walked back in it still wouldn’t be fixed. If you want to eat Panera bread, go to another one in town.
The staff act like serving you is the last thing they want. They got my order wrong and when I corrected them they gave me a look. The drink machine was flat. Don’t go here.
My mom and I visited Panera Bread often. She loved there soups and chili's. I loved their grilled cheese sandwich and cheese and broccoli soup. Always a good place to eat.
This Panera is threatening delivery drivers with "banning them" if the restaurant packs an order incorrectly. Why not just do your jobs properly? If you ordered delivery, would you really want me grabbing your food to check every item? Not very sanitary! Y'all focus on your job (packing orders) and I'll focus on mine (delivering orders).
I placed an order on DoorDash and had missing items. They told me that the drivers are supposed to check for items, but as far as I’m concerned that’s Panera‘s job not DoorDash‘s.
