I really wanted to have a better experience. I love OTB. They have the best chips and salsa around. Upon entering, there was a sign that warned about delays in service due to staff shortages. However, the hostess sat us immediately and our server started off great. We finished our chips and salsa within a few minutes and didn't see the server again until our food came out when we were finally able to ask for more. I was not offered another refill on my drink, at all. The server dropped the check and then I had to bring my card to her just so I could try to leave. Now, I understand being under staffed. However, servers sitting at a back table on their cell phones isn't under staffed. I'm a simple customer, just keep eyes on my table and check in once every 10ish minutes. That didn't happen and hence the mediocre review. I'm just hoping this is a one of experience and the local people of Little Rock don't have to endure this experience.
Food was great but server was in over his head. Manager had to visit our table in order to get the proper food after waiting nearly an hour for it.

DO NOT eat at this particular location, I've had food poisoning in the middle of the night for two days in a row. Sour cream tasted a little funky and so did my chicken and here I am day and half later still getting that spoiled food out.
It was ok. I took the family out for Sunday dinner. Food was cold and not very tasteful for one family member. I've never been a big fan, but only go because my film likes it. I prefer Senor Tequila or Chuy's
I was pleasantly surprised! It seems as if they have updated their menu and the quality of their food has improved. My meal was delicious and the melon margarita was awesome. My friends and I are adding OTB back to our happy hour and dinner rotation.
Way overpriced and ridiculously small portions. Many of the items had little to no flavor. I wish it was better but not this time.
We went for a fundraiser night for our school. I hope the school gets the credit, our waitress didn't seem to know what we were talking about when we mentioned it. They were busy and the kitchen got backed up so it took about 45 minutes to get our food, which did not come out entirely correct & we didn't have time to wait for it to be corrected. Food tasted good, however.
Delicious meal. Wife had the Bordorito and I had the fish tacos. Forgot to take a picture like we usually do. Large portions as well. Going again soon.
I never had a terrible experience here. Sometimes service can be slow, but look around they're usually busy. And I have yet too meet a server that is not polite and helpful.
