Enjoyed the the food. I wish they would open up more sittings areas. The wait time was pretty long when you realized the sitting situation. Maybe not enough waiters? My waitress was nice she was very attentive. Only problem is I have an autistic son who has sensory issue. I wish we could of been in a less crowded area since people were looking at him and it was causing me to overly try to correct behaviors that he could not control. He did enjoy his meal which is what I am happy for and he was able to partake in a family outing without to much problems. I thank you all for your patience.

I’ll start on a positive note. The food was excellent and quickly prepared. The service was awful. The waitress came to our table after 10 minutes and took our drink order. Since I was tired of waiting, I ordered on the kiosk, and our appetizers came out very fast. Twenty minutes later she came back with my drink and took another 5 to bring my husbands. She finally took our order. She blamed the kitchen twice for the wait-the kitchen was fine. The wait was so long because she failed to take our order in a timely manner. I asked for an Alfredo sauce to go since the one we ordered sat on the table and got cold before we were ever served our breadsticks, which were piping hot-again, a win for the kitchen-and she was unable to fulfill that request. Oh, and our meal came out before our salad, which we had to ask for. This was at the Rodney Parham location.

Went for lunch. Seated without much waiting. Server was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. Margarita Chicken and Chicken Scampi.

Great spot for a casual date night. We sometimes order online for carryout and have a meal on a night where we want something nice with out taking the time to cook. We both love the Stuffed Ziti Fritta, The Tour of Italy, and Chicken Alfredo. I recently tried the Asiago Tortelloni Alfredo with Grilled Chicken, it is phenomenal a new favorite! I very much recommend Olive Garden; it's moderately priced, great quality and good atmosphere.

Bartender didn't pay attention to us while he was chatting up a girl at the bar. Got my drink order wrong 2 times in a row. Sticky and dirty bar top and chairs. Other waitresses were taking their break right behind the bar area where we could hear them loudly complain about other customers while they were vaping. Very long wait times to get seated and ordered, and even longer to get tabbed out at the bar. Forgot about my husbands drink completely. There were dirty dishes on most of the tables, and most surfaces were not clean. The floor had dropped food everywhere. Ingredients in salad were potentially old and definitely questionable. It was very clear that the waitress wanted nothing to do with us even though we didn't directly express any dissatisfaction. We went here to spend some gift cards, but will not be returning even if we receive more gift cards. Don't go here if you're looking for a smooth, pleasant, and clean dining experience

I can't quite remember our waiters name, Shaun/Shane but he was exceptional from the beginning of our meal till the end. Everything came to the table rather quickly and the flavors were perfect. Our food was the perfect temperature and was delicious. Got donuts to go and they were phenomenal as well. We will be back to this location!

Great server, excellent food. Only issue was the bar failed to deliver our drinks. Would have been 5 stars if drinks would have come without asking. Great job Olive Garden

I was very thirsty when I first sat down but it took a while to find out they were unable to serve soda. The waitress was about as slow as a sloth in a cheetah race. When we ordered she left out the kids meal, the most important one. Our salad came after the appetizer. And even though we asked for extra cheese on the salad it was barely covered. The bread sticks were like brick, and the main course was cold. I said I was thirsty and I was allowed one drink with no refills. Going back would mean I'm giving them $100 to hand deliver yesterday's garbage. Thank you but no thanks.

It's your stereotypical Italian restaurant chain. Same old menu with dependable, standard options you come to know. This particular location is one of the better ones I've recently visited. Considering the staff shortages around the country, this one seemed to be running like a well oiled machine. The food and service was decent and I have no complaints. I give it 4 stars for having been sat next to a table full of loud mouth kids ?

Was horrible, stale bread, burnt chicken parm and dry flavorless pasta. And they are so irresponsible with seating; was very tables being used & they wanted to pack everyone into a small area & had others waiting at the front for seating. Do they not realize there is still a pandemic and numbers are increasing every day.
